【特許請求の範囲】
【請求項1】 生体の動脈血圧を連続的かつ非侵襲的にモニタリングするための装置であって、
検出した血圧に対応する電圧信号を生成するセンサ手段と、
加えられた圧力を該センサ手段の少なくとも一部に伝達することができる、突起部を有するプランジャと、
動脈の少なくとも部分的な閉塞を起こさせるように、該突起部を生体の手足上の所定の位置に当接させる手段と、
該センサ手段により生成された電圧信号を解釈して、実際の動脈血圧を求めるマイクロプロセッサ手段とを含み、
該突起部が、手足の動きに拘らず、実質的に一定の圧力を動脈に加えるように構成された装置。
【請求項2】 該突起部がドーム形である、請求項1に記載の装置。
【請求項3】 該突起部が半球状である、請求項2に記載の装置。
【請求項4】 該突起部が実質的に剛性構造を有する、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の装置。
【請求項5】 該プランジャが、加えられた圧力を該センサ手段の実質的にベース部全体に伝達することができる、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の装置。
【請求項6】 該プランジャと該センサ手段の間に配置されたゲル層をさらに含む、請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の装置。
【請求項7】 生体に対する該センサ手段の動きを封じるための安定化パッドをさらに含む、請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の装置。
【請求項8】 該マイクロプロセッサが、装置の他のコンポーネントから離れており、該センサ手段により生成された電圧信号が、着脱可能なケーブルでマイクロプロセッサに送信される、請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の装置。
【請求項9】 該マイクロプロセッサが、装置の他のコンポーネントから離れており、該センサ手段により生成された電圧信号が、無線でマイクロプロセッサに送信される、請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の装置。
【請求項10】 図2〜19に照らして明細書に実質的に記載された、請求項1〜9のいずれかに記載の装置。
【請求項11】 図2〜19に実質的に示された、請求項1〜9のいずれかに記載の装置。
【請求項1】 生体の動脈血圧を連続的かつ非侵襲的にモニタリングするための装置であって、
検出した血圧に対応する電圧信号を生成するセンサ手段と、
加えられた圧力を該センサ手段の少なくとも一部に伝達することができる、突起部を有するプランジャと、
動脈の少なくとも部分的な閉塞を起こさせるように、該突起部を生体の手足上の所定の位置に当接させる手段と、
該センサ手段により生成された電圧信号を解釈して、実際の動脈血圧を求めるマイクロプロセッサ手段とを含み、
該突起部が、手足の動きに拘らず、実質的に一定の圧力を動脈に加えるように構成された装置。
