Abstract
Un monitor de presión sanguínea arterial no invasivo utiliza un brazalete inflable que incorpora la primera vejiga que se llena con un líquido que no se comprime o gel; la vejiga puede presurizarse mediante una acción de un dispositivo de presurización superpuesto sobre su superficie exterior; en una modalidad proferida, un dispositivo de presurización es una segunda vejiga llena con aire que es conectada a una bomba de aire y una válvula de purga; esta vejiga es colocada entre el cuerpo del paciente y la segunda vejiga; durante la operación, la segunda vejiga comprime a la primera vejiga, la cual a su vez, comprime la arteria del paciente contra el hueso de soporte; el acoplamiento mecánico entre la arteria llena de sangre de un paciente y la vejiga llena con líquido de un brazalete de vejiga doble es mejorado para detectar las oscilaciones de presión en un intervalo de frecuencia amplio; el sensor de presión que está acoplada a la primera vejiga también funciona como un hidrófono para recolectar las oscilaciones mecánicas de cualquier parte de la extremidad o dígito obstruidas; esto permite un cálculo mejorado de la presión arterial.
