「漸次減圧」とは、カフ内圧の降圧を徐々に行うことを意味し、その速度の高低は問わない。
所定の生体信号が検知されると、ポンプ51は駆動停止し、バルブ52は引き続き「閉」の状態にてカフ内圧が維持される(ステップS719)。

Claims (5)
- カフと、
カフ内圧を漸次上昇させる昇圧手段と、
カフ内圧を漸次減圧させる減圧手段と、
カフ内圧を検出する圧力検出手段と、
目標とするカフ内圧を設定可能な目標圧設定手段と、
カフ内圧を前記目標圧設定手段により設定された目標圧に近似した圧力に制御する圧力制御手段と、
静脈穿刺可能な状態であることを報知する報知手段と、
生体信号検出手段とを備え、
前記目標圧設定手段が、外部からの操作により任意の固定値を選択可能であり、
前記生体信号検出手段は、前記任意の固定値に応じたカフ内圧まで加圧した状態において所定の生体信号の検出を行い、
前記報知手段は、前記生体信号検出手段が前記所定の生体信号を検出した場合に静脈穿刺が可能であることを報知することを特徴とする自動電子駆血帯。 - カフと、
カフ内圧を漸次上昇させる昇圧手段と、
カフ内圧を漸次減圧させる減圧手段と、
カフ内圧を検出する圧力検出手段と、
目標とするカフ内圧を設定可能な目標圧設定手段と、
カフ内圧を前記目標圧設定手段により設定された目標圧に近似した圧力に制御する圧力制御手段と、
静脈穿刺可能な状態であることを報知する報知手段と、
生体信号検出手段とを備え、
前記目標圧設定手段が、外部からの操作により任意の固定値を選択可能であり、
前記生体信号検出手段は、前記任意の固定値に応じたカフ内圧まで加圧した状態において所定の生体信号の検出を行い、
前記所定の生体信号が検出されなかった場合、前記目標圧設定手段は、前記選択された固定値よりも高い圧力を目標とするカフ内圧として再設定することを特徴とする自動電子駆血帯。 - 前記減圧手段が、カフ本体以外に備えられた操作装置の操作により、カフ内圧を減圧可能であることを特徴とする、請求項1又は請求項2に記載の自動電子駆血帯。
- 前記カフの幅が75mm以下であることを特徴とする、請求項1から請求項3のいずれか1に記載の自動電子駆血帯。
- 前記カフの容積が、80cc以下であることを特徴とする、請求項1から請求項3のいずれか1に記載の自動電子駆血帯。
