【特許請求の範囲】
【請求項１】 磁気ディスクを嵌合するハブを、ベース部材に垂設された固定軸に軸受を介して回動可能に支持するスピンドルモータであって、前記軸受の外輪が一つで、前記軸受の外輪が保持される前記ハブの軸受保持部分に対して、前記外輪における前記固定軸の先端側の端部が突出するように設定したことを特徴とするスピンドルモータ。

請求項１記載の発明は、磁気ディスクを嵌合するハブを、ベース部材に垂設された固定軸に軸受を介して回動可能に支持するスピンドルモータであって、前記軸受の外輪が一つで、前記軸受の外輪が保持される前記ハブの軸受保持部分に対して、前記外輪における前記固定軸の先端側の端部が突出するように設定したことを特徴とする。
