特殊方法で設計されたものであり、シールする過程でエ
ネルギを特別に案内し1点に集中させるようになってい
る。
装置上で行われ、シール処理に放出されるエネルギが制
御可能となっている。本発明を以下に実施例の形で添付
図を参照して詳細に説明する。

され、これにより生じた熱により口具3のベース4が充
填された袋体にシール付けされる。袋体の内面には、特
殊ラッカーあるいはフィルム層が設けられているので、
口具のみシール付され、袋体の両層は、シールされな
い。
(図3参照)、口具3は、そのベース4を介して袋体1
の外側にシール付けされて残される。次いで袋体は、貯
蔵状態にされる。
Claims (12)
- 【請求項1】 組立体にして、 袋体と、 前記袋体に充填された生産物と 超音波シール法により前記袋体に付着された口具と、と
を有し、前記袋体は、口具あるいは開口装置など無くし
て生産され、前記充填後に完全にシールされ、前記口具
は、前記袋体が充填されシールされた後に、超音波シー
ル法で付着され、前記袋体は、内面が特殊ラッカーや薄
膜層を付加することにより特別に処理されて、この部分
でシールが回避されるようにしたフィルム材料で製造さ
れ、あるいは前記口具は、熱可塑性ポリマ、特殊配合ポ
リマあるいはメタロセンなどからなる組立体。 - 【請求項2】 請求項1に記載の組立体において、前記
口具は、プラグあるいはスナップばめ式の蓋体を有し、
前記生産物は、特殊セットで前記口具を通して抽出され
るようになっている組立体。 - 【請求項3】 請求項1に記載の組立体において、前記
口具は、ネジ開閉式蓋体と、該口具の内部に設けた、予
め刺し孔が設けられ、前記袋体材料とともにシールされ
た不正使用報知部とを有する組立体。 - 【請求項4】 請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の
組立体において、前記袋体の材料は、低、中あるいは高
障壁特性を有するものである組立体。 - 【請求項5】 請求項4に記載の組立体において、前記
袋体の材料は、半剛質あるいは軟質の袋の形状のプラス
チックフィルムあるいは積層フィルムである組立体。 - 【請求項6】 請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の
組立体において、前記生産物は、液状あるいは粘性食品
あるいはペットフード、医療用栄養材、乳製品、果汁製
品、果肉製品、ミネラルウォータ、非発泡性飲料、スー
プ、ソース、ドレシングおよびマヨネーズを含むその他
のソースからなるグループから選出したものである組立
体。 - 【請求項7】 請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の
組立体において、前記生産物は、新鮮で、無菌で、UH
T殺菌された状態で、あるいは滅菌パックで充填される
ようになっている組立体。 - 【請求項8】 請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の
組立体において、前記口具は、本体とベースからなり、
該ベースは、同心の溝を有している組立体。 - 【請求項9】 請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の
組立体を製造する方法において、 前記生産物を充填してから前記袋体をシールする段階
と、 前記袋体を搬送手段で、前記口具を装架した超音波シー
ル装置に搬送して、該装置を該袋体へ下降させて該口具
をアンビルに押圧する段階と、 前記シール装置により所定のエネルギをセットアップし
て前記口具ベースに印加して前記袋体に該口具をシール
する段階と、 前記シール装置を上昇させる段階と、 前記袋体を除去する段階とを含む製造方法。 - 【請求項10】 請求項9に記載の組立体を製造する方
法において、前記シール装置のエネルギの量は、前記口
具の形式と前記袋体の材料に依存するようになっている
製造方法。 - 【請求項11】 請求項9あるいは10に記載の組立体
を製造する方法において、前記シール装置は、エネルギ
照準器を構成する特殊方法で設計されたものであり、前
記シールする過程で前記エネルギを特別に案内し1点に
集中させるようになっている製造方法。 - 【請求項12】 請求項11に記載の方法において、前
記シールは、ブランソン(Branson)装置上で行
われ、前記シール方法用に放出されるエネルギが制御可
能となっている製造方法。
