Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. アンテナを介して受信された高周波信号の低い中間周波数位置(Low-IF) への直交ダウンワードミキシング(Quadratur Abwaertsmischung)を有し、2つ の直交信号路においてアナログポリフェーズフィルタを用いる前記直交ダウンワ ードミキシングに続く中間周波数チャネルフィルタリングを有し、その次に続く 直交信号復調器を有する、周波数変調されたデジタル信号のための集積可能な無 線受信器回路において、 前記2つの直交信号路(I、Q)において交流カップリング(C1、C2、C 3、C4)が設けられており、 前記直交信号復調器(27)はアナログ復調器であり、該アナログ復調器はそ の出力側において電圧を発生し、該電圧は入力周波数に比例し、前記電圧は調整 可能な判定器閾値を有するデジタル信号状態を検出する判定器回路(33)の入 力側に供給されることを特徴とする、周波数変調されたデジタル信号のための集 積可能な無線受信器回路。 2. アナログ直交信号復調器(27)としてアナログ4相相関器(Quadrikorr elator)が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の無線受信器回路。 3. 2つの中間周波数直交信号路(I、Q)において、チャネルフィルタリン グのために自動較正ポリフ ェーズフィルタ(24)又はGMCフィルタが設けられ、該自動較正ポリフェー ズフィルタ(24)又はGMCフィルタに続いて増幅のために制限増幅器(25 )、つまりいわゆるリミッタが設けられ、その後にさらに別のポリフェーズフィ ルタ(26)又はさらに別のGMCフィルタが前記リミッタで発生した高調波を 抑圧するために設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の無線受信 器回路。 4. 直交信号復調器(27)の後に、その都度受信されたデジタル信号が2進 数の“1”であるか又は“0”であるかを検出するために判定器閾値を有する判 定器回路(33)が設けられており、前記判定器閾値の設定の際には可能な周波 数オフセットが考慮されることを特徴とする請求項1〜3までのうちの1項記載 の無線受信器回路。 5. DECT(“Digital European Cordless Telecommunications”)システ ムにおいて使用されることを特徴とする請求項1〜4までのうちの1項記載の無 線受信器回路。 6. 判定器閾値をもとめるために、DECTシステムに規定されたバーストの 2つの2進数の“1”を後ろに有する16ビット長の特徴的な2進数の“101 0”シーケンスが利用され、このためにサンプルアンドホールド回路(34)が 直交信号復調器(27)の出力側と判定器閾値のための判定器回路(33)の調 整入力側との間の信号路に設けられ、 前記サンプルアンドホールド回路は前記直交信号復調器の出力側に接続された ローパスフィルタ(35)、後続の遅延素子(36)、サンプリングスイッチ( 37)、信号平均値を蓄積するための分路キャパシタ(38)及び高オーム抵抗 のバッファ増幅器段(39)を含み、前記ローパスフィルタ(35)のカットオ フ周波数は明らかに変調周波数より下にあり、前記サンプリングスイッチ(37 )はデジタル部分の前記特徴的な2進数の“1010”シーケンスを識別した際 には閉じられ、バーストの前記2つの2進数の“1”を識別した際には開かれ、 前記高オーム抵抗のバッファ増幅器段(39)の出力側は判定器閾値のための判 定器回路の調整入力側に接続されており、 パラレル信号路において前記直交信号復調器の出力側は前記判定器回路の信号 入力側にローパスフィルタ(40)を介して接続されており、該ローパスフィル タ(40)のカットオフ周波数は最大変調周波数より上にあることを特徴とする 請求項4又は5記載の無線受信器回路。 7. 交流カップリングは、2つの直交信号路(I、Q)において対毎に同じ大 きさに設計仕様されたキャパシタンス(C1、C2、C3、C4)の形式の1つ 又は複数の容量性カップリングによって形成されることを特徴とする請求項1〜 6までのうちの1項記載の 無線受信器回路。
