Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.外被と内部コアとからなり、 外被は圧縮強さよりも大きな引張強さを有する材料から形成され、コアは引張 強さよりも大きな圧縮強さを有しており、 外被は長手方向に延在しており、互いに間隔を置いた第1の面および第2の面 と、第1および第2の縁と、第1の端および第2の端とを有しており、 第1の面および第2の面は外被を連続体として形成するように第1および第2 の縁において接合されており、 第1の縁および第2の縁は1つのこのような建築要素の第1の縁をもう1つの このような建築要素の第2の縁内に配することができるような形状とされている ことを特徴とする建築要素。 2.第1の端および第2の端が、1つのこのような建築要素の第1の縁がもう1 つのこのような建築要素の第2の縁と係合することができるような形状とされて いることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項記載の建築要素。 3.外被が、外被を形成するように互いに係合することのできる少なくとも2つ の成分からなることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1もしくは2項記載の建築要素。 4.外被が4つの成分からなることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1〜3項のいずれ か1項記載の建築要素。 5.2つの成分が面を画定し、2つの成分が縁を画定することを特徴とする請求 の範囲第4項記載の建築要素。 6.外被が軟鋼、高力鋼、カーボンファイバ材料、押出材料、合成プラスチック −セメント複合物、および石綿セメントもしくはそれらの近代的代替物から形成 されていることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1〜5項の いずれかに記載の建築要素。 7.コアがセメント質もしくはプラスタ材料から形成されていることを特徴とす る請求の範囲第1〜6項のいずれか1項記載の建築要素。 8.第1の面および第2の面および/もしくは第1の縁および第2の縁が両縁の 中間に位置する少なくとも1つのウェブによって接合されていることを特徴とす る請求の範囲第1〜7項のいずれか1項記載の建築要素。 9.前記少なくとも1つのウェブが好ましくは開口を有していることを特徴とす る請求の範囲第8項記載の建築要素。 10.外被と内部コアとからなり、 外被は圧縮強さよりも大きな引張強さを有する材料から形成され、コアは引張 強さよりも大きな圧縮強さを有しており、 外被は長手方向に延在しており、互いに間隔を置いた第1の面および第2の面 と、第1および第2の縁と、第1の端および第2の端とを有しており、 第1の面および第2の面は外被を連続体として形成するように第1および第2 の縁において接合されており、 第1の縁および第2の縁は1つのこのような建築要素の第1の縁をもう1つの このような建築要素の第2の縁内に配することができるような形状とされており 、 このように配された時に、前記1つのこのようなパネルのコア材料は前記もう 1つのパネルのコア材料から3mm以下しか離れていないことを特徴とする建築要 素。 11.添付図面のいずれか1つを参照して実質的に前述された建築要素。 12.個別にもしくは集合的に本願の明細書および/もしくは請求の範囲を参照し 、もしくはこれらに示された段階、特性、構成および成分、お よび前記段階もしくは特性のいずれかおよび全てのもしくはいずれか2つ以上の 組み合わせ。
