Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.(a)記録媒体により覆われると基板の光学的性質と異なる所望の光学的性 質を得ることができる複数の領域を有するパターンを基板の上面に形成し; (b)基板のパターン付けされた表面に記録媒体をコーティングし; (c)記録領域が所望の光学的性質を得た後にパターン付けされた表面から記録 媒体を除去する 段階を含む基板上に形成されたデータ層を有する光メモリデバイスの製造法。 2.パターンが基板の上面上の表面レリーフの形態にある請求の範囲第1項に記 載の方法。 3.該表面レリーフが基板の上面の複数の離れたくぼみから形成される請求の範 囲第2項に記載の方法。 4.該くぼみをスタンパー装置を用いて作る請求の範囲第3項に記載の方法。 5.該くぼみのそれぞれが少なくとも部分的に記録媒体で満たされるのに十分な 深さを有する請求の範囲第3項に記載の方法。 6.基板がスタンパー基板の形態にある請求の範囲第3項に記載の方法。 7.(d)スタンパー基板上に光学フィルムを置き、スタンパー基板のくぼみに 満たされる記録媒体をスタンパー基板上の記録領域に対応する領域においてフィ ルムに粘着させる 段階も含む請求の範囲第6項に記載の方法。 8.パターンが記録媒体をそこに接着するための吸着性を有する複数の離れた領 域を含む請求の範囲第1項に記載の方法。 9.それぞれの領域において基板を処理することにより吸着領域を作る請求の範 囲第8項に記載の方法。 10.上に記録媒体を保持することができる吸着性材料を基板の上面のそれぞれ の領域にコーティングすることにより吸着領域を形成する請求の範囲第8項に記 載の方法。 11.基板を透明材料から作る請求の範囲第1項に記載の方法。 12.記録媒体を蛍光材料から作る請求の範囲第1項に記載の方法。 13.記録媒体を反射性材料から作る請求の範囲第11項に記載の方法。 14.記録媒体を散乱性材料から作る請求の範囲第11項に記載の方法。 15.記録媒体が蛍光材料によりコーティングされた反射性材料の形態にある請 求の範囲第11項に記載の方法。 16.(i)記録媒体により覆われると基板の光学的性質と異なる所望の光学的 性質を得ることができる複数の領域を含むパターンを基板のそれぞれの上面に形 成し; (ii)基板のパターン付けされた表面に記録媒体をコーティングし; (iii)記録領域が所望の光学的性質を得た後にパターン付けされた表面から 記録媒体を除去し; (iv)データ層の間に連結部を与える 段階を含むそれぞれ基板上に形成される複数の離れたデータ層から作られる3− 次元光メモリデバイスの製造法。 17.その上面が透明層の光学的性質と異なる光学的性質を有する材料から作ら れる複数の離れた記録領域でパターン付けされている透明データ層を含む光メモ リデバイス。 18.記録領域を蛍光材料から作る請求の範囲第17項に記載のデバイ ス。 19.記録領域を反射性材料から作る請求の範囲第17項に記載のデバイス。 20.記録領域を散乱性材料から作る請求の範囲第17項に記載のデバイス。 21.記録領域を蛍光材料によりコーティングされた反射性材料から作る請求の 範囲第17項に記載のデバイス。 22.複数の離れた透明層を含み、各層が透明層の光学的性質と異なる光学的性 質を有する材料から作られる複数の離れた記録領域でパターン付けされているそ の上面を有する多層光メモリデバイス。 23.記録領域を蛍光材料から作る請求の範囲第22項に記載のデバイス。 24.記録領域を反射性材料から作る請求の範囲第22項に記載のデバイス。 25.記録領域を散乱性材料から作る請求の範囲第22項に記載のデバイス。 26.記録領域を蛍光材料によりコーティングされた反射性材料から作る請求の 範囲第22項に記載のデバイス。
