Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.熱可塑性樹脂とゴムとのブレンド(TPOE)、又は熱可塑性エラストマー状スチ レンに基づくブロックコポリマー(STPE)を含む接着性熱可塑性エラストマ ー組成物において、組成物が官能化されたゴムとポリアミドの反応生成物の形の 接着プロモーターをも含むことを特徴とする接着性熱可塑性エラストマー組成物 。 2.官能化されたゴムにおけるゴムが、スチレンに基づくブロックコポリマー、 EAM、およびEADMゴムより成る群から選ばれる、請求項1記載の接着性熱 可塑性エラストマー組成物。 3.スチレンに基づくブロックコポリマーが、スチレン‐ブタジエン‐スチレン ブロックコポリマー、またはスチレン‐エチレン‐ブチレン‐スチレンブロック コポリマーである、請求項1または2記載の接着性熱可塑性エラストマー組成物 。 4.官能化されたゴムにおける官能基が無水物である、請求項1記載の接着性熱 可塑性エラストマー組成物。 5.官能化されたゴムにおける官能基の量が、0.2〜12重量%の範囲にある、請 求項1〜4の何れか一つに記載の接着性熱可塑性エラストマー組成物。 6.接着プロモーターにおけるポリアミドの量が、10〜90重量%の範囲にある、 請求項1〜5の何れか一つに記載の接着性熱可塑性エラストマー組成物。 7.TPOEにおけるゴムが、EPR、EPDM、NBR、SBR、 及びブチルゴムよりなる群から選ばれる、請求項1〜6の何れか一つに記載の接 着性熱可塑性エラストマー組成物。 8.TPOEにおけるゴムが、抽出し得るゴムの量が15%以下である程度に加硫され ている、請求項1〜7の何れか一つに記載の接着性熱可塑性エラストマー組成物 。 9.TPOEにおけるゴムが、抽出し得るゴムの量が5%以下である程度に加硫され ている、請求項8に記載の接着性熱可塑性エラストマー組成物。 10.TPOEにおける熱可塑性樹脂が、ポリプロピレン ホモ‐またはコ‐ポリマー である、請求項1〜9の何れか一つに記載の接着性熱可塑性エラストマー組成物 。 11.接着プロモーターにおけるポリアミドが、ナイロン4.6、ナイロン6、ナ イロン6.6、及びナイロン12からなる群から選ばれる、請求項1〜10の何れ か一つに記載の接着性熱可塑性エラストマー組成物。 12.接着プロモーターにおけるポリアミドが、15,000〜40,000の範囲の数平均分 子量を有する、請求項1〜11の何れか一つに記載の接着性熱可塑性エラストマ ー組成物。 13.組成物中の接着プロモーターの量が2〜60重量%の範囲である、請求項1〜 12の何れか一つに記載の接着性熱可塑性エラストマー組成物。 14.接着プロモーターの量が10〜30重量%の範囲である、請求項13に記載の接 着性熱可塑性エラストマー組成物。 15.官能化されたゴムとポリアミドが、ポリアミドの融点より上の温度で互いに 反応され、その後に、得られた生 成物が、TPOE及びSTPEよりなる群から選ばれる熱可塑性エラストマーと溶融混合 又はドライブレンドされる、請求項1〜14の何れか一つに記載の組成物を製造 する方法。 16.基体および接着性組成物を組み合わせて含む物品の製造方法において、請求 項1〜14の何れか一つに記載の組成物が融点より上の温度に加熱され、その後 に組成物が該基体と組み合わされることを特徴とする方法。 17.組成物が250℃以上の温度で加工される、請求項16に記載の方法。 18.基体、および請求項1〜14の何れか一つに記載の組成物あるいは請求項1 6〜17の何れか一つに従い製造された該組成物を組み合わせて含む物品。 19.基体がナイロンである、請求項18記載の物品。 20.物品がガラスランチャンネルの形である、請求項18〜19の何れか一つに 記載の物品。
