Abstract
Description
1本又は2本以上の補強細線と、
細線、即ち、個々に各細線又はひとまとめに数本の細線を覆っている熱可塑性ポリマー組成物の層とを有し、熱可塑性ポリマー組成物層は、一方において、ガラス転移温度が正である熱可塑性ポリマーと、他方において、ガラス転移温度が負である官能化不飽和熱可塑性スチレンエラストマーとから成り、官能基を含むエラストマーは、エポキシド基、カルボキシル基、酸無水化物基又はエステル基から選択された官能基を含むことを特徴とするレインフォーサにある。
少なくとも1本の補強細線(即ち、1本又は2本以上の補強細線)と、
細線を個々に、即ち、各細線を又はひとまとめに数本の細線を覆っている熱可塑性ポリマー組成物の層とを有し、熱可塑性ポリマー組成物層は、一方において、ガラス転移温度(Tg1で表される)が正(即ち、0℃を超える)である熱可塑性ポリマーと、他方において、ガラス転移温度(Tg2で表される)が負(即ち、0℃を下回る)である官能化不飽和熱可塑性スチレンエラストマーとから成り、官能基を含むエラストマーは、エポキシド基、カルボキシル基、酸無水化物基又はエステル基から選択された官能基を含むという必須の特徴を有する。
Claims (19)
- 複合レインフォーサであって、
1本又は2本以上の補強細線と、
前記細線、即ち、個々に各細線又はひとまとめに数本の細線を覆っている熱可塑性ポリマー組成物の層とを有し、前記熱可塑性ポリマー組成物層は、一方において、ガラス転移温度が正である熱可塑性ポリマーと、他方において、ガラス転移温度が負である官能化不飽和熱可塑性スチレンエラストマーとから成り、官能基を含む前記エラストマーは、エポキシド基、カルボキシル基、酸無水化物基又はエステル基から選択された官能基を含む、
ことを特徴とするレインフォーサ。 - 前記熱可塑性ポリマーの前記ガラス転移温度は、+20℃を超える、
請求項1記載のレインフォーサ。 - 前記不飽和熱可塑性スチレンエラストマーのガラス転移温度は、
−10℃を下回る、請求項1又は2記載のレインフォーサ。 - 前記熱可塑性ポリマーと前記不飽和熱可塑性スチレンエラストマーのガラス転移温度の差は、50℃を超える、
請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のレインフォーサ。 - 前記熱可塑性ポリマーは、脂肪族ポリアミド又はポリエステルである、
請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載のレインフォーサ。 - 前記熱可塑性ポリマーは、ポリアミド6又はポリアミド11である、
請求項5記載のレインフォーサ。 - 前記熱可塑性エラストマーは、スチレンブロックとジエンブロックを含むコポリマーである、
請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載のレインフォーサ。 - 前記ジエンブロックは、イソプレン又はブタジエンブロックである、
請求項7記載のレインフォーサ。 - 前記熱可塑性エラストマーは、スチレン/ブタジエン(SB)、スチレン/イソプレン(SI)、スチレン/ブタジエン/ブチレン(SBB)、スチレン/ブタジエン/イソプレン(SBI)、スチレン/ブタジエン/スチレン(SBS)、スチレン/ブタジエン/ブチレン/スチレン(SBBS)、スチレン/イソプレン/スチレン(SIS)、スチレン/ブタジエン/イソプレン/スチレン(SBIS)ブロックコポリマー及びこれらコポリマーの配合物から成る群から選択される、
請求項8記載のレインフォーサ。 - 前記熱可塑性エラストマーは、SBS又はSISコポリマー、好ましくはSBSコポリマーである、
請求項9記載のレインフォーサ。 - 前記熱可塑性エラストマーは、エポキシ化エラストマーである、
請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載のレインフォーサ。 - 前記熱可塑性エラストマーは、5重量%〜50重量%のスチレンを含む、
請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載のレインフォーサ。 - 前記層の最小厚さは、1μm〜2mmである、
請求項1〜12のいずれか1項に記載のレインフォーサ。 - 前記補強細線は、金属ワイヤである、
請求項1〜13のいずれか1項に記載のレインフォーサ。 - 前記金属ワイヤは、炭素鋼ワイヤである、
請求項14記載のレインフォーサ。 - ゴム物品又は半完成品であって、
請求項1〜15のいずれか1項に記載の複合レインフォーサを有するゴム製品又は半完成品。 - 請求項1〜15のいずれか1項に記載の複合レインフォーサを有する空気タイヤ。
- 請求項1〜15のいずれか1項に記載の複合レインフォーサを製造する方法であって、個々に補強細線若しくは各補強細線又はひとまとめに数本の補強細線を、一方において、ガラス転移温度が正である熱可塑性ポリマーと、他方において、ガラス転移温度が負である官能化不飽和熱可塑性スチレンエラストマーとから成る熱可塑性ポリマー組成物層で外装し、前記エラストマーは、エポキシド基、カルボキシル基、酸無水化物基又はエステル基から選択された官能基を含む、
ことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記複合レインフォーサを架橋する最終ステップを更に有する、
