Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 固定床触媒上で、エタン及び酸素もしくは含酸素ガスから酢酸を製造する 方法であって、 a) エタン、酸素もしくは含酸素ガス及び循環ガスを、固定床触媒を含む反応器 中に導入し、 b) 段階a)で得られた反応器排ガスを、水または酢酸を前もって分離することな く、酸素もしくは含酸素ガスと混合し、 c) 段階b)で得られたガス混合物を、固定床触媒を含む更に別の反応器に導入し 、 d) 段階c)で得られた反応器排ガスを冷却し、 e) 段階d)で得られたガス流から、そこに含まれる二酸化炭素を完全にもしくは 部分的に除去し、 f) 段階e)で得られたガス流を、段階a)への循環ガスとして使用する、 ことを特徴とする、上記方法。 2. 段階c)で得られた反応器排ガスを、段階d)において冷却する前に、一つま たはそれ以上の更に別の反応器中に導入し、この際、各々の反応器に導入する前 に、反応器排ガスを酸素もしくは含酸素ガスと混合することを特徴とする、請求 の範囲第1項に記載の方法。 3. 反応器への投入ガスが、1〜50容量%、特に5〜30容量%の量で水蒸気を 含むことを特徴とする、請求の範囲第1項及び/または第2項に記載の方法。 4. 反応器への投入ガス中のエタン:酸素のモル比が2:1〜10:1、特に3:1〜8: 1であることを特徴とする、請求の範囲第1項〜第3項の一つまたはそれ以上に 記載の方法。 5. 反応を、150〜500℃、特に200〜400℃の温度で行うことを特徴とする、請 求の範囲第1項〜第4項の一つまたはそれ以上に記載の方法。 6. 反応を、1〜50bar、特に2〜30barの圧力下に行うことを特徴とする、請 求の範囲第1項〜第5項の一つまたはそれ以上に記載の方法。 7. MoaPdbRecXdYe [式中、記号X及びYは、 X=Cr、Mn、Nb、B、Ta、Ti,V及び/またはW Y=Bi、Ce、Co、Te、Fe、Li、K、Na、Rb、Be、Mg、Ca、Sr、Ba、Ni、P、Pb、Sb 、Si、sn、Tl及び/またはU を意味し、そして指数a、b、c、d及びeは、対応する元素のグラム原子比を示し 、この際、aは1であり、bは0よりも大きく、cは0よりも大きく、dは0.05 〜2であり、そしてeは0〜3である] としてa:b:c:d:eのグラム原子比で元素Mo、Pd、Re、X及びYを、酸素との組み合 わせで含む触媒を使用することを特徴とする、請求の範囲第1項〜第6項の一つ またはそれ以上に記載の方法。 8. MoaPdbXcYd [式中、記号X及びYは、 X=Cr、Mn、Nb、Ta、Ti、V、Te及び/またはW Y=B、Al、Ga、In、Pt、Zn、Cd、Bi、Ce、Co、Cu、Rh、Ir、Au、Ag、Fe,Ru、Os 、K、Rb、Cs、Mg、Ca、Sr、Ba、Zr、Hf、Ni、P、Pb、Sb、Si、Sn、Tl及び/また はU を意味し、指数a、b、c及びdは、対応する元素のグラム原子比を示し、この際、 aは1であり、bは0よりも大きく、cは0よりも大きく、そしてdは0〜2で ある]としてa:b:c.dのグラム原子比で元素Mo、Pd、X及びYを、酸素との組み合わ せで含む触媒を使用することを特徴とする、請求の範囲第1項〜第7項の一つま たはそれ以上に記載の方法。 9. WaXbYcZd(I) [式中、 Xは、Pd、Pt、Ag及び/またはAuの群から選択される一種またはそれ以上の元素 を意味し、 Yは、V、Nb、Cr、Mn、Fe、Sn、Sb,Cu、Zn、U、Ni及び/またはBiの群から選択 される一種またはそれ以上の元素を意味し、 Zは、Li、Na、K、Rb、Cs、Be、Mg、Ca、Sr、Ba、Sc、Y、La、Ti、Zr、Hf、Ru、O s、Co、Rh、Ir、B、Al、Ga、In、Tl、Si、Ge、Pb、P、As及び/またはTeの群 から選択される一種またはそれ以上の元素であり、 aは、1であり、 bは、0よりも大きい数であり、 cは、0よりも大きい数であり、そして dは、0〜2の数である] としてa:b:c:dのグラム原子比で元素W、X、Y及びZを、酸素との組み合わせで含 むタングステン含有触媒を使用することを特徴とする、請求の範囲第1項〜第8 項の一つまたはそれ以上に記載の方法。
