Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 入力回転動力を供給する入力と、 各々が出力回転動力を与えるための複数の出力と、 各々が該複数の出力の内の対応の出力に結合される複数の第1歯車部材と、 入力が駆動される時に動力が前記出力を駆動するように、入力から出力へ回転 動力を伝達するための駆動手段と、 第1歯車部材を相互に対して前進又は後退させるための位相調整手段と、 位相調整手段を作動し、それによって第1歯車部材を相互に対して前進又は後 退させ出力間の位相関係を変更するための作動手段と を含む位相制御機構。 2. 入力は出力軸の内の第1のものと一体であり、出力軸の内の第2のもの は第1出力軸に共軸に設けられており、駆動手段は、 第1出力に関しては、その出力を入力に一体に接続したものから成り、 第2出力に関しては、 (a)第1出力の第1歯車部材の歯に噛合する第1セットの歯と、出力に対して 回転可能に遊び歯車の歯に噛合する第2セットの歯とを有する固定平歯車と、 遊び歯車に噛合する第1セットの歯と、第2出力に接続される第1歯車部材に 噛合する第2セットの歯とを有する第2平歯車と から成り、 前記第2平歯車が出力に対して枢動可能なヨーク内に設けられ、第2平歯車は 前記位相調整手段を形成し、ヨークは前記作動手段を形成し、ヨークが入力及び 出力に対して枢動される時に、第2平歯車が第2出力の第1歯車及び遊び歯車を 中心にして駆動され、第2出力の第1歯車を第1出力の第1歯車に対して後退又 は前進させ、入力及び出力間の位相関係を変えるように構成される 請求項1に記載の位相制御機構。 3. 入力は、少なくとも1つのピニオン歯車を支持するケージを有し、この ピニオン歯車が第1出力に設けられた第1傘歯車及び第2出力に設けられた第2 傘歯車に係合し、 前記ピニオン歯車並びに前記第1及び第2傘歯車が前記駆動手段を形成し、 第1出力に接続された前記第1歯車部材は、前記ケージに配設され、ケージ、 ピニオン歯車及び第1傘歯車によって第1出力に接続され、ケージの第1歯車部 材は固定平歯車の第1セットの歯に係合し、固定平歯車は出力に対して回転可能 な遊び歯車に係合するための第2セットの歯を有し、第2平歯車は出力に対して 枢動可能なヨーク内に設けられ、前記遊び歯車に係合する第1セットの歯車と第 2軸に接続される前記第1歯車部材に係合する第2セットの歯とを有し、 前記第2平歯車は位相調整手段を形成し、ヨークは作動手段を形成し、ヨーク を枢動運動する時に、第2平歯車が遊び歯車及び第2出力の第1歯車部材を中心 として回転させ、これによって、第2出力の第2歯車部材と第2傘歯車をケージ の第1歯車部材及び第1出力の第1傘歯車に対して前進又は後退させ、これによ って、出力間の位相関係を変えるようにしている 請求項1に記載の位相制御機構。 4. 駆動手段は、第1出力に固定された第1歯車に噛合する第1遊星歯車と 、第2出力に設けられた第1歯車に噛合する第2遊星歯車とを担持する少なくと も1つの遊星軸を担持する入力に接続されたケージと、 出力に対して回転するために配設され第1遊星歯車に噛合する第1軌道歯車と 、出力に対して回転するために配設され第2遊星歯車に係合する第2軌道歯車と 、該第1及び第2軌道歯車の一方が固定され、該第1及び第2軌道歯車の他方が 該両軌道歯車の該一方に対して可動になったものと から成り、 位相調整手段は、固定軌道歯車に対して回転する時に第1出力に固定された第 1歯車を第2出力に固定された第1歯車に対して前進させ又は後退させ、出力間 の位相関係を変えさせる可動軌道歯車より成り、 作動手段は、可動軌道歯車にあって固定軌道歯車に対して可動軌道歯車を移動 させるハンドルから成る 請求項1に記載の位相制御機構。 5. 出力軸の内の第1のものが第1ケージを含み、出力軸の内の第2のもの が共軸の第2ケージを含み、 複数の第1歯車部材が複数の第1傘歯車と複数の第2傘歯車とから成り、 第1の複数の傘歯車が第1ケージに設けられ、第2の複数の傘歯車が第2ケー ジに設けられ、 入力が第1ケージの第1の複数傘歯車に係合し第1出力軸を回転する第1ケー ジを駆動するための第1傘歯車を有し、 入力が第2ケージの第2の複数の傘歯車に係合し第2出力軸を回転する第2ケ ージを回転するための第2傘歯車を有し、 駆動手段は、入力の第1及び第2傘歯車と、第1ケージ及び第2ケージに設け られた複数の第1及び第2傘歯車とから成る 請求項1に記載の位相制御機構。 6. 位相調整手段は、複数の第1傘歯車又は複数の第2傘歯車に係合するた めの傘歯車を有する少なくとも1つの制御棒から成り、制御棒の回転時に制御棒 の傘歯車が回転されて、第1の複数の傘歯車を第2の複数の傘歯車に対して前進 させ又は後退させ、これによって第1及び第2出力軸間の位相関係を変える請求 項5に記載の位相制御機構。 7. 位相調整手段を作動するための手段は、制御棒に設けられ た傘歯車と、ついで、制御棒を回転するために制御棒の傘歯車を駆動するための モータとから成る請求項6に記載の位相制御機構。 8. 第1及び第2制御棒の各々は、それぞれ内側ケージの第1の複数の傘歯 車と外側ケージの第2の複数の傘歯車に係合する第1及び第2傘歯車を担持する ことを含み、望ましくは、第1及び第2モータと第1及び第2傘歯車は、第1及 び第2制御棒を回転し内側ケージの第1の複数の傘歯車を外側ケージの第2の複 数の傘歯車に対して前進又は後退させ、これによって第1及び第2出力軸間の位 相関係を変えるように配設されている請求項5に記載の位相制御機構。 9. 入力回転動力を供給するための入力と、 各々が出力回転動力を与えるための複数の出力と、 各々が複数の出力の内の対応の出力に接続される複数の第1歯車部材と、 入力が駆動された時に、出力を駆動するための動力が出力に供給されるように 回転動力を入力から出力へ伝達するための駆動手段と、 入力とは独立に回転又は作動し、回転運動を第1歯車間に伝達させるために第 1歯車列に噛合結合される伝達歯車と、 第1歯車部材を相互に対して前進又は後退させて出力間の位相関係を変えるた めの位相調整手段と を含む位相制御機構。 10. 伝達歯車は、第1歯車部材に固定された副歯車に噛合されることによっ て第1歯車部材と噛合結合する請求項9に記載の位相調整機構。 11. 伝達歯車は入力に設けられている請求項9に記載の位相制御機構。
