Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.カテーテルの所定の方向性偏向に対応する操縦可能なカテーテルシャフト の遠位端にそれぞれが固定された遠位部分を有する1対の制御ワイヤを操作する ための制御機構であって、前記の制御ワイヤは、前記カテーテルを通って長軸方 向に伸び、それぞれの近位端を有し、且つ 前記制御ワイヤの近位端に連結され、前記制御ワイヤの選択された一方を引張 り状態に置き、前記ワイヤのもう一方を圧縮状態にしないように直線状の経路に 沿って移動し得る滑動部機構を含む制御機構。 2.前記制御ワイヤ近位端を選択的に固定するために前記滑動部機構に連結さ れ、前記滑動部機構が選択された直線方向に移動して、前記ワイヤの選択された 一方を引張り状態に置き、前記ワイヤのもう一方の圧縮を防止するように作動し 得る弛み取り装置をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の制御機構。 3.前記弛み取り装置は、前記制御ワイヤの一方を回転的に支える滑車を含み ;そして 前記滑動部機構は、前記ワイヤの近位端を選択的に固定するために、前記滑車 とカテーテルシャフトとの間に配置された滑動部制御エレメントを含む請求項2 に記載の制御機構。 4.前記弛み取り装置は、前記の制御ワイヤ近位端を選択的に固定し、そして 前記滑動部機構が選択された直線方向に移動して、前記ワイヤの選択された一方 を引張り状態に置き、前記ケーブルでの所定の引張り状態を維持して、屈曲を最 小限にするように作動し得るそれぞれのばねバイアスエレメントを含む請求項2 に記載の制御機構。 5.前記滑動部エレメントは、前記ワイヤに平行する関係で配置され、それぞ れのバイアスエレメントを設置するためのそれぞれの段面によって内部に取り付 けられた空腔が反対側に設置されているそれぞれの導管を伴って形成され;そし て 前記弛み取り装置は、 それぞれのワイヤ近位端に付けられたそれぞれのシャフトを有し、前記シャ フトは、反平行関係で前記のそれぞれの導管に伸縮自在に係合するように相補的 に形成され、それぞれの遠位止め具を有し、さらに 前記空腔に嵌め込むために前記シャフトに沿って滑動可能に配置され、中立 状態の位置で前記ワイヤに所定の引張り状態を形成するために、前記のそれぞれ の段面と前記止め具との間で圧縮状態にされ、そして前記滑動部エレメントが選 択された方向に沿って進み、前記方向に選択された止め具を駆動し、対応するワ イヤを引張り状態に置くとき、前記の非選択ワイヤでの前記の所定の引張り状態 によって前記の非駆動止め具を実質的に静止状態に維持するために前記駆動方向 に拡がるように作動し得るそれぞれのバイアスエレメントを含む請求項4に記載 の制御機構。 6.カテーテルの所定の方向性偏向に対応する操縦可能なカテーテルの遠位端 にそれぞれが固定された遠位部分を有する1対の制御ワイヤを操作するための制 御機構であって、前記制御ワイヤは、前記カテーテルを通って長軸方向に伸び、 それぞれの近位端を有し、 前記制御ワイヤに実質的に平行な直線状の経路に沿って移動し得る制御エレメ ントを有する滑動部機構;および 前記制御ワイヤ近位端を選択的に固定するために前記滑動部機構に連結され、 そして前記滑動部機構が選択された直線方向に移動して、前記ワイヤの選択され た一方を引張り状態に置き、前記ワイヤのもう一方の圧縮を防止するように作動 し得る弛み取り装置を含む制御機構。 7.前記弛み取り装置は、前記制御ワイヤの一方を回転的に支える滑車を含み ;そして 前記滑動部機構は、前記ワイヤの近位端を選択的に固定するために、前記滑車 とカテーテルシャフトとの間に配置された滑動部制御エレメントを含む請求項6 に記載の制御機構。 8.前記弛み取り装置は、前記制御ワイヤ近位端を選択的に固定し、そして前 記滑動部機構が選択された直線方向に動き、前記ワイヤの選択された一方を引張 り状態に置き、前記ケーブルでの所定の引張り状態を維持して、屈曲を最小限に するにように作動し得るばねバイアスエレメントを含む請求項6に記載の制御機 構。 9.前記滑動部エレメントは、前記ワイヤに平行する関係で配置され、そして それぞれのバイアスエレメントを設置するためのそれぞれの段面によって内部に 取り付けられた空腔が反対側に設置されているそれぞれの導管を伴って形成され ;そして 前記弛み取り装置は、 それぞれのワイヤ近位端に付けられたそれぞれのシャフトを有し、前記シャ フトは、反平行関係で前記のそれぞれの導管に伸縮自在に係合するように相補的 に形成され、それぞれの遠位止め具を有し、 前記空腔に嵌め込むために前記シャフトに沿って滑動可能に配置され、中立 状態の位置で前記ワイヤに所定の引張り状態を形成するために、前記のそれぞれ の段面と前記止め具との間で圧縮状態にされ、そして前記滑動部エレメントが選 択された方向に沿って進み、前記方向に選択された止め具を駆動し、対応するワ イヤを引張り状態に置くとき、前記の非選択ワイヤでの前記の所定の引張り状態 によって前記の非駆動止め具を実質的に静止状態に維持するために前記駆動方向 に拡がるように作動し得るそれぞれのバイアスエレメントを含む請求項7に記載 の制御機構。 10.血管系を通して制御可能な操作を行うため、 遠位端を有するシャフト; 前記シャフト遠位端にそれぞれが固定された遠位部分を有し、前記シャフトの 所定の方向性偏向に対応する少なくとも2本の制御ワイヤ;および 前記シャフトに取り付けられた滑動可能な制御機構を有し、この滑動可能な制 御機構は、 前記制御ワイヤの近位端に連結され、前記制御ワイヤの選択された一方を引張 り状態に置き、前記ワイヤのもう一方を圧縮状態にしないように直線状の経路に 沿って移動し得る滑動可能な機構を含む、操縦可能なカテーテル。 11.前記制御機構はさらに前記制御ワイヤ近位端を選択的に固定するために 前記滑動部機構に連結され、そして前記滑動部機構が選択された直線方向に移動 して、前記ワイヤの選択された一方を引張り状態に置き、前記ワイヤのもう一方 の圧縮を防止するように作動し得る弛み取り装置を含む、請求項10に記載の操 縦可能なカテーテル。 12.前記弛み取り装置は、前記制御ワイヤの一方を回転的に支える滑車を含 み;そして 前記滑動部機構は、前記ワイヤの近位端を選択的に固定するために、前記滑車 とカテーテルシャフトとの間に配置された滑動部制御エレメントを含む請求項1 1に記載の操縦可能なカテーテル。 13.前記弛み取り装置は、前記の制御ワイヤ近位端を選択的に固定し、そし て前記滑動部機構が選択された直線方向に移動して、前記ワイヤの選択された一 方を引張り状態に置き、前記ケーブルでの所定の引張り状態を維持して、屈曲を 最小限にするように作動し得るそれぞれのばねバイアスエレメントを含む請求項 12に記載の操縦可能なカテーテル。 14.前記滑動部エレメントは、前記ワイヤに平行する関係で配置され、それ ぞれのバイアスエレメントを設置するためのそれぞれの段面によって内部に取り 付けられた空腔が反対側に設置されているそれぞれの導管を伴って形成され;そ して 前記弛み取り装置は、 それぞれのワイヤ近位端に付けられたそれぞれのシャフトを有し、反平行関係 で前記のそれぞれの導管に伸縮自在に係合するように相補的に形成され、それぞ れの遠位止め具を有し、 前記空腔に嵌め込むために前記シャフトに沿って滑動可能に配置され、中立状 態の位置で前記ワイヤに所定の引張り状態を形成するために、前記のそれぞれの 段面と前記止め具との間で圧縮状態にされ、そして前記滑動部エレメントが選択 された方向に沿って進み、前記方向に選択された止め具を駆動し、対応するワイ ヤを引張り状態に置くとき、前記の非選択ワイヤでの前記の所定の引張り状態に よって前記の非駆動止め具を実質的に静止状態に維持するために前記駆動方向に 拡がるように作動し得るそれぞれのバイアスエレメントを含む請求項12に記載 の操縦可能なカテーテル。 15.中心軸のまわりに回転可能な駆動部;および 前記駆動部に連結され、前記中心軸に関して同軸に配置されて独立して回転し 得る1対の滑車を含む偏向装置を有し、前記滑車は、前記駆動部が選択された円 周方向に回転するときに、前記ワイヤの選択された一方を引張り状態に置く一方 で、前記滑車のもう一方は前記ワイヤのもう一方を静止状態に維持し、それによ って制御ワイヤ疲労を最小限にするように前記駆動部の方向性回転に選択的に応 答し得る、請求項10に記載の操縦可能なカテーテル。 16.制御ワイヤ疲労を最小限にするために、 カテーテルは、前記カテーテルの遠位端に固定された遠位部分、および直線状 の経路に沿って移動し得る滑動部機構を含む制御機構に選択的に固定された近位 端を有する1 対の制御ワイヤを有し、 前記滑動部機構を直線上に移動させることによって前記制御ワイヤの一方に引張 りを加える工程と、 前記2本の制御ワイヤのもう一方を、制御ワイヤ疲労を最小限にするために前 記負荷工程と同時に静止状態に維持する工程との各工程を含む、操縦可能なカテ ーテルを制御する方法。
