Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.ピリジンスルホニルクロリドまたはベンゼン環が1つ以上の電子吸引性基を 有するベンゼンスルホニルクロリドの製造のためのプロセスであって、アミノピ リジンまたはベンゼン環が1つ以上の電子吸引性基を有するアミノベンゼンのジ アゾニウム塩と、水中の塩化チオニルの混合物との、電子移動触媒存在下での反 応を包含する、プロセス。 2.前記ピリジンスルホニルクロリドの製造のための、請求項1に記載のプロセ ス。 3.前記ベンゼン環が1つ以上の電子吸引性基を有するベンゼンスルホニルクロ リドの製造のための、請求項1に記載のプロセス。 4.前記電子移動触媒が塩化第二銅または塩化第一銅である、請求項1、2また は3に記載のプロセス。 5.2-クロロピリジン-3-スルホニルクロリドの製造のための、請求項2に記載 のプロセス。 6.前記ベンゼンスルホニルクロリドの製造のためのプロセスであって、ここで 前記ベンゼン環が1または2個のクロロ、ブロモ、シアノ、ニトロまたはカルボキ シ基を有する、請求項3に記載のプロセス。 7.前記スルホニルクロリドが反応混合物からの濾過によって採取される、前記 請求項のいずれかに記載のプロセス。 8.式Iの化合物 またはその薬学的に受容可能な塩の製造のためのプロセスであって、ここでRが( 1-4C)アルキルまたはカルボキシ(1-4C)アルキルであり、該プロセスが: (a)3-アミノ-2-クロロピリジンのジアゾニウム塩と水中の塩化チオニルの混合物 との電荷移動触媒存在下での反応により、2-クロロピリジン-3-スルホニルクロ リドを与える工程; (b)2-クロロピリジン-3-スルホニルクロリドとイソブチルN-(3-メトキシ-5-メチ ルピラジン-2-イル)カルバメートとの水素化アルカリ金属存在下での不活性溶媒 中での反応により、2-クロロ-N-イソブトキシカルボニル-N-(3-メトキシ-5-メチ ルピラジン-2-イル)ピリジン-3-スルホンアミドを与える工程; (c)2-クロロ-N-イソブトキシカルボニル-N-(3-メトキシ-5-メチルピラジン-2-イ ル)ピリジン-3-スルホンアミドと式IIのボロン酸 (あるいはその無水物またはエステル)との塩基存在下およびパラジウム(0)、パ ラジウム(II)、ニッケル(0)、またはニッケル(II)触媒存在下での適切な溶媒中 での反応;次いでイソブトキシカルボニル保護基の除去工程を包含し、 その後、式Iの化合物の薬学的に受容可能な塩が必要とされる場合、これが生理 学的に受容可能なイオンを与える適切な酸または塩基との反応によって得られ、 あるいは任意の他の従来の塩形成手順によって得られる、プロセス。 9.式Iの化合物の製造のためのプロセスであって、ここでRが1,3,4-オキサジ アゾール-2-イルであり、該プロセスが: (a)3-アミノ-2-クロロピリジンのジアゾニウム塩と水中の塩化チオニルの混合物 との電荷移動触媒存在下での反応により、2-クロロピリジン-3-スルホニルクロ リドを与える工程; (b)2-クロロピリジン-3-スルホニルクロリドとイソブチルN-(3-メトキシ-5-メチ ルピラジン-2-イル)カルバメートとの水素化アルカリ金属存在下での不活性溶媒 中の反応により、2-クロロ-N-イソブトキシカルボニル-N-(3-メトキシ-5-メチル ピラジン-2-イル)ピリジン-3-スルホンアミドを与える工程; (c)2-クロロ-N-イソブトキシカルボニル-N-(3-メトキシ-5-メチルピラジン-2-イ ル)ピリジン-スルホンアミドと4-メトキシカルボニルフェニルボロン酸(あるい はその無水物またはエステル)との、フッ化物イオン源存在下および水性条件下 での反応により、N-(イソブトキシカルボニル)-2-(4-メトキシカルボニルフェニ ル)-N-(3-メトキシ-5-メチルピラジン-2-イル)ピリジン-3-スルホンアミドを与 える工程; (d)イソブトキシカルボニル保護基の除去工程; (e)メチルエステル(-CO.OCH3)基を対応のヒドラジド(-CONHNH2)に転化する工程 :および (f)ヒドラジド基を1,3,4-オキサジアゾール-2-イル部分に転化する工程;を包含 し、その後、式Iの化合物の薬学的に受容可能な塩が必要とされる場合、これが 生理学的に受容可能なイオンを与える適切な酸または塩基との反応によって得ら れ、あるいは任意の他の従来の塩形成手順によって得られる、プロセス。
