Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. ヘテロダイン干渉計において現れる基準信号(A)及び測定信号(B) を信号処理するための回路において、 前記基準信号(A)及び前記測定信号(B)は同一のヘテロダイン周波数(F h)を有し、前記基準信号(A)と前記測定信号(B)との間には検出すべき位 相差が現れ、 変調器(15)はビーム源(19)から送出される光ビーム(20)の周波数 を変調信号(M(t))によって制御し、該変調信号(M(t))は予め設定さ れる変調周期(Tm)を有し、 前記ヘテロダイン周波数(Fh)は変調周波数の整数倍に設定されており、 前記変調信号(M(t))からゲート信号(C)が導出され、該ゲート信号( C)の周期は前記変調周期(Tm)に相応し、 前記基準信号(A)は前記ゲート信号(C)によってフィルタリング処理され 、この結果、同一の位相の正負の極性を有する信号成分が後続に送出され、 前記測定信号(B)は前記前記ゲート信号(C)によってフィルタリング処理 され、この結果、同一の位相の正負の極性を有する信号成分が後続に送出され、 ゲート信号フィルタリング処理された信号(D、H )は位相比較器(13)に供給され、該位相比較器(13)は位相差を検出する 、ヘテロダイン干渉計において現れる基準信号(A)及び測定信号(B)を信号 処理するための回路。 2. ゲート信号フィルタリング処理された信号(D、H)はそれぞれヘテロ ダイン周波数(Fh)に調整されたバンドパスフィルタ(26、32)に供給さ れることを特徴とする請求項1記載の回路。 3. ゲート信号フィルタリング処理された信号(D、H)はそれぞれ周波数 を低減するためにミキサ(27、33)に供給されることを特徴とする請求項2 記載の回路。 4. ゲート信号フィルタリング処理された信号(D、H)はそれぞれローパ スフィルタ(28、34)に供給されることを特徴とする請求項2記載の回路。 5. ゲート信号フィルタリング処理された信号(D、H)はそれぞれコンパ レータ(29、35)に供給され、さらに該コンパレータ(29、35)から送 出される信号は第1及び第2の入力信号(L、M)として位相比較器(13)に 供給されることを特徴とする請求項2記載の回路。 6. ビーム源(19)としてレーザダイオードが設けられることを特徴とす る請求項1〜5までのうちの1項記載の回路。 7. レーザダイオード電流を歪化するために非線 形特性曲線素子(18)が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項6記載の回路 。 8. 基準信号(A)は変調信号(M(t))から導出されることを特徴とす る請求項1〜7までのうちの1項記載の回路。 9. ゲート信号(C)によって形成されるウィンドウの持続時間(To)は 所定の値に設定されることを特徴とすることを特徴とする請求項1〜8までのう ちの1項記載の回路。 10. ゲート信号(C)によって形成されるウィンドウの開始時点は所定の 値に設定されることを特徴とする請求項1〜9までのうちの1項記載の回路。
