Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.少なくとも1種の有機ジカルボン酸を含む溶液からジカルボン酸結晶を製造 する方法において、少なくとも2000の分子量を有する少なくとも1種のアニ オン性高分子電解質を、結晶化前又は結晶化中に添加することを特徴とする方法 。 2.アクリル酸、メタクリル酸、マレイン酸、フマル酸、イタコン酸又はメサコ ン酸モノマーから製造される重合体、又は2種以上のこれらのモノマーから製造 される共重合体、又は1種以上のこれらのモノマー及びカルボキシル基を持たな い少なくとも1種の他のモノマーから製造される共重合体、又は2種以上の上記 重合体又は共重合体の混合物を、少なくとも1種のアニオン性高分子電解質とし て添加する請求項1に記載の方法。 3.少なくとも1種のアニオン性高分子電解質が、20000〜2000000 の分子量、好ましくは100000〜500000の分子量を有する請求項1又 は2に記載の方法。 4.250000の分子量を有するポリアクリル酸を、少なくとも1種のアニオ ン性高分子電解質として使用する請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の方法。 5.少なくとも1種のアニオン性高分子電解質を、0.05〜200ppmの量 、好ましくは0.1〜150ppmの量で使用する請求項1〜4のいずれかに記 載の方法。 6.ジカルボン酸としてアジピン酸を用いる請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の方 法。 7.少なくとも1種の有機ジカルボン酸及び少なくとも2000の分子量を有す る少なくとも1種のアニオン性高分子電解質を含む溶液を結晶化処理することに より得られるジカルボン酸結晶。 8.ジカルボン酸含有量が少なくとも99.5重量%である請求項7に記載のジ カルボン酸結晶。 9.アジピン酸がジカルボン酸として存在する請求項7又は8に記載のジカルボ ン酸結晶。 10.少なくとも2000の分子量を有する少なくとも1種のアニオン性高分子 電解質の、ジカルボン酸結晶の製造としての使用。
