Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.内面及び外面を有する外バッグと、該外バッグに取り出し可能に包まれた内 面及び外面を有する内バッグとを有し、各バッグは閉塞された底部と、開放され た上端部とを備えたパッケージにおいて、 該内バッグの口部内面はヒートシール域を有し、 該外バッグの口部内面は(a)該内バッグのヒートシール域の位置に対応する 非シール域と(b)該非シール域と上端部との間のシール域とを有し、 該外バッグを介して行なわれるヒートシール操作において、該非シール域で該 外バッグをシールすることなく、該内バッグの口部を閉塞してシールする第1シ ールを形成し、 少なくとも該外バッグ上で行なわれるシール操作が該シール域において該外バ ッグを閉塞してシールする第2シールを形成して、該外バッグの中にシールされ た該内バッグを封入してシールすることを特徴とするパッケージ。 2.前記第2シールは、前記内及び外バッグを一緒にシールするために適用され ることを特徴とする請求項1記載のパッケージ。 3.前記外バッグのシール域は、ヒートシールが適用されることを特徴とする請 求項2記載のパッケージ 4.前記内バッグの外または前記外バッグの内の前記非シール域の領域に非シー ル層が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項3記載のパッケージ。 5.前記非シール層は、少なくとも溶媒ベースのニスラッカー、水ベースの溶媒 ラッカー及びシリコンエマルジョンを含むグループから選択されることを特徴と する請求項4記載のパッケージ。 6.前記内バッグ及び前記外バッグが、異種の素材より形成されていることを特 徴とする請求項1記載のパッケージ。 7.前記内バッグは、前記外バッグの素材より低温のヒートシール温度を有する プラスチックバッグであることを特徴とする請求項6記載のパッケージ。 8.前記内バッグは、ポリエチレンより形成されていることを特徴とする請求項 7記載のパッケージ。 9.前記外バッグは、少なくともその内面がプラスチック素材より形成されてい ることを特徴とする請求項8記載のパッケージ。 10.前記外バッグの内面は、前記内バッグの素材より高温のヒートシール温度 を有するポリエチレンより形成されていることを特徴とする請求項9記載のパッ ケージ。 11.前記外バッグは、シート状のポリエチレン又はポリエチレンに被覆された 紙、又はポリエチレンに被覆されたポリプロピレン織布より形成されていること を特徴とする請求項10記載のパッケージ。 12.前記外バッグは、バッグ状に成形されたとき、閉塞された底部を有し、前 記内バッグの底部が前記外バッグの底部に取り外し可能に取り付けられているこ とを特徴とする請求項1記載のパッケージ。 13.前記外バッグはその底部に把持手段を有し、該バッグ底部が把持可能とさ れて前記内バッグ及びその内容物が該外バッグから取り出し容易とされているこ とを特徴とする請求項12記載のパッケージ。 14.外バッグに取り出し可能に包まれている内バッグを有する請求項1に記載 されたようなパッケージの充填及びシール方法であって、 該パッケージが充填装置に供給されて該内バッグに所望量が充填され、 該バッグの口部が伸張されて、該内及び外バッグが前記第1及び第2のシール 域の領域で平坦にされ、 該内バッグが該第1シール域の領域に沿ってシールされて該外バッグが接着す ることなく第1シールが形成され、 該内及び外バッグが該第2シール域の領域で共にシールされて第2シールが形 成されていることを特徴とするパッケージの充填及びシール方法。 15.前記外バッグのシール域と該外バッグの非シール域との間に破断帯域が設 けられていることを特徴とする請求項14記載のパッケージの充填及びシール方 法。 16.外バッグに取り出し可能に包まれる充填された内バッグを有する請求項1 に記載されたようなパッケージを備え、 該内バッグは第1ヒートシールにより閉塞される一方、該外バッグはその場所 において該内バッグにヒートシールされておらず、 該外バッグは該第1シールとバッグの上端部との間に位置する第2シールによ り閉塞され、 破断帯域が該第1及び該第2シールの間に位置し、使用に際して該破断帯域に 沿って破断することにより、シールされた該内バッグから該外バッグが取り外さ れることを特徴とするパッケージ。 17.前記破断帯域は、前記内バッグ及び前記外バッグの両方を通してミシン目 により形成されていることを特徴とする請求項16記載のパッケージ。 18.請求項17に記載されたようなパッケージを空にする方法であって、前記 第2シールは、前記第1シールと前記第2シールとの間の破断帯域に沿って破断 又は切断により取り外され、完全にシールされた前記内バッグが前記外バッグか ら取り出されることを特徴とする方法。 19.前記充填された内バッグは、ミルクパウダー製品又はミルクパウダー派生 品を収納することを特徴とする請求項16記載のパッケージ。
