Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.濾過済み材料と未濾過材料用の外側導管と流れ表面とを備える厚層の濾材 製の積層可能な平坦なフィルタ素子、特にフィルタ円盤において、少くとも1つ の開口部(20a〜20f、21a、21b、30a〜30g、31a、31b )により形成された内側構造部材(17)を備え、前記厚層の濾材(12)によ り形成された前記開口部(20a〜20f、21a、21b、30a〜30g、 31a、31b)の境界面が流れ表面(11a、11b)を形成し、該流れ表面 (11a、11b)が前記フィルタ素子(10)の平面にほぼ直交して配置され ることを特徴とするフィルタ素子。 2.前記フィルタ素子(10)の外周面(19)が同様に流れ表面(11a、 11b)の1つを形成することを特徴とする請求項1記載のフィルタ素子。 3.前記フィルタ素子(10)のすべての流れ表面(11a、11b)の合計 が、 ・前記フィルタ素子を被覆する極端に小さい凸形本体の外周面(61)と; ・前記フィルタ素子の開口部(20a〜20f、21a、21b、30、31 a、31b、33)にも内接できる極端に小さい凸形本体(62)の外周面(6 3)と; の合計より大きいことを特徴とする請求項1もしくは2記載のフィルタ素子。 4.前記フィルタ素子が内部構造部材(17)にぴったり合致した外側導管( 18)を備え、そのために前記厚層の濾材(12)の有効濾過領域の幅がいずれ でも同一になることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項記載のフィルタ素 子。 5.前記有効濾過領域が蛇行形状をもっていることを特徴とする請求項1〜4 のいずれか1項記載のフィルタ素子。 6.少くとも2つの、かつ互いに接続されていない前記開口部(20、30) が互いに隣接して配置されていてその間に配置された前記有効濾過領域の幅がい ずれでも同一になっていることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいづれか1項記載の フィルタ素子。 7.前記有効濾過領域の厚さが≧5mmであることを特徴とする請求項6記載 のフィルタ素子。 8.少くとも1つの前記開口部(20)(第1の形式の開口部)が前記外周面 (19)まで伸びるか、あるいは前記フィルタ素子の外周面(19)に少くとも 1つの接続開口部(21)を介して接続されることを特徴とする請求項1〜7の いずれか1項記載のフィルタ素子。 9.前記第1の形式の開口部(20)に接続されていない少くとも1つの開口 部(30)(第2の形式の開口部)が少くとも1つの収集開口部(33)に排出 するか、あるいは少くとも1つの接続開口部(31)を介して前記収集開口部( 33)に接続されることを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか1項記載のフィル タ素子。 10.前記フィルタ素子(10)が丸味のついた外側導管を備え、第1の形式と 第2の形式の開口部(20、30)が同心円上に位置し、前記第1の形式の開口 部(20)が前記フィルタ素子の外周面(19)に半径方向に伸びる接続開口部 (21)を経て接続され、かつ前記収集開口部(33)が、半径方向の接続開口 部(31)を介して第2の形式の開口部(30)に接続される前記フィルタ素子 (10)の中心に配設されることを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれか1項記載 のフィルタ素子。 11.第1の形式と第2の形式の開口部(20、30)が互い違いに配列されて いることを特徴とする請求項1〜10のいずれか1項記載のフィルタ素子。 12.前記フィルタ素子(10)がN数の隅部を備える外側導管を備え、前記開 口部(20、30)が前記フィルタ素子の1つの縁部に平行に配列されているこ とを特徴とする請求項1〜9もしくは11のいずれか1項記載のフィルタ素子。 13.前記フィルタ素子(10)が、円形もしくは楕円形の外側導管を備え、第 1の形式の開口部(20)および第2の形式の開口部(30)が少くとも1つの 螺旋上に位置することを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか1項記載のフィルタ 素子。 14.前記開口部(20、30)および/または接続開口部(21、31)が補 強ブリッジ(41、42、43)を備えることを特徴とする請求項1〜13のい ずれか1項記載のフィルタ素子。 15.前記補強ブリッジ(41、42、43)が前記フィルタ素子(10)と同 一の材料からなることを特徴とする請求項1〜14のいずれか1項記載のフィル タ素子。 16.前記フィルタ素子(10)の前記外周面(19)が少くとも1つの取付け 構造部材を備えることを特徴とする請求項1〜14のいずれか1項記載のフィル タ素子。 17.前記開口部(20、21、30、31、33)が打抜きされたものである ことを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項記載のフィルタ素子。 18.前記開口部がスロット(27、37)であることを特徴とする請求項1〜 17のいずれか1項記載のフィルタ素子。 19.請求項1〜18のいずれか1項記載の少くとも2つのフィルタ素子(10 、10a、10b)からなるフィルタ・モジュールであって、これらのフィルタ 素子が互いの上部で積層されて、同一形式の開口部(20、21、30、31、 33)だけが互いに接続され、かつこのようにして濾過済み材料流路(35)と 未濾過材料流路(36)を形成することを特徴とするフィルタ・モジュール。 20.前記同一のフィルタ素子(10)が互いの上部に積層されることを特徴と する請求項19記載のフィルタ・モジュール。 21.外周面(19)に接続される開口部(20、30)を備えるフィルタ素子 (10a、10b)が前記外周面(19)に接続されない開口部(20、30) を備えるフィルタ素子(10a、10b)と互い違いになっていることを特徴と する請求項19もしくは20記載のフィルタ・モジュール。 22.前記フィルタ素子(10)が互いに対し捩られ互いの上部に位置すること を特徴とする請求項19〜22のいずれか1項記載のフィルタ・モジュール。 23.前記フィルタ素子(10)が互いの上部に直接位置することを特徴とする 請求項19〜22のいずれか1項記載のフィルタ・モジュール。 24.前記フィルタ素子(10)が互いに接合されるか、あるいは接着されるこ とを特徴とする請求項19〜23のいずれか1項記載のフィルタ・モジュール。 25.前記2つのフィルタ素子(10)の間に開口部を備えた1つの中間層を設 けることを特徴とする請求項19〜24のいずれか1項記載のフィルタ・モジュ ール。 26.前記フィルタ素子(10)が2つの端板(52、53)間に保持され、そ の一方の端板が移動自在に支持されていることを特徴とする請求項19〜25の いずれか1項記載のフィルタ・モジュール。
