Claims (10)
- 親和クロマトグラフィカラム又は限外ろ過システムの上流側にあってこれと流体連通するプレフィルタデバイスを備えており、プレフィルタデバイスが、タンパク質を含有する流れから可溶性の非特異性結合(NSB)成分を親和クロマトグラフィカラム又は限外ろ過システムに入る前に除去するために選択された1つ又は複数の媒質の層を備えており、前記媒質が、疎水性物質、親油性物質、活性炭、帯電カチオン又はアニオン物質、リガンド、ヒュームドシリカ、ガラス、細孔性ガラスなどの粒子又はそれぞれの誘導体、シリカ又はシリケート、及びそれらの化合物から成るグループから選択された物質で構成されている、タンパク質精製システム。
- プレフィルタが入口及び出口及びその間の空間を有し、この空間が非特異性結合成分を除去する1つ以上の薬剤を含有する媒質で充填されている、請求項1に記載のタンパク質精製システム。
- プレフィルタが入口及び出口及びその間の空間を有し、この空間が非特異性結合成分を除去するための1つ以上の薬剤を含有する媒質で充填されており、媒質がビーズ形状である、請求項1に記載のタンパク質精製システム。
- 媒質が、選択された物質を繊維質フィルタパッド又はメンブレン内に埋め込むことにより形成されている、請求項1に記載のタンパク質精製システム。
- 媒質がガラス、シリケート、シリカ及びそれらの混合物から成るグループから選択された物質を含有するセルロース誘導繊維質パッドである、請求項1に記載のタンパク質精製システム。
- 媒質がガラスの物質を含有するセルロース誘導繊維質パッドであって、ガラスが繊維、マット及び細孔性ガラス粒子から成るグループから選択される形状である、請求項1に記載のタンパク質精製システム。
- プレフィルタの出口と親和クロマトグラフィカラム又は限外ろ過システムの入口との間に流体連通して配置された貯蔵タンクをさらに備えている、請求項1に記載のタンパク質精製システム。
- プレフィルタがスパイラル巻きフィルタカートリッジ形状である、請求項1に記載のタンパク質精製システム。
- プレフィルタが1つ以上のNSB薬剤を含有する繊維質物質の一連の平板ディスクを含む使い捨てカプセル形状であり、このディスクは流体通路を形成する中心穴及び一連の内側及び外側ナイフエッジシールを有することにより、このデバイスから出る全流体は最初に必ずこのディスクを通り流れる、請求項1に記載のタンパク質精製システム。
- プレフィルタが一連のカセット又はポッド内に配置された1つ以上のNSB薬剤を含有する繊維質物質を有する接線流デバイスの形状であり、流れは物質を横切るか又はこれに接して流れ、流体の少なくとも一部はそれぞれの通過の際に物質を通過して流れる、請求項1に記載のタンパク質精製システム。
