Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.以下の特性によって特徴づけられる液晶源のギ酸セルロース繊維。 a)光学偏光顕微鏡の下で、当該繊維のフィラメントが、当該繊維の液晶源に典 型的な層状構造を有すること。 b)DS≧2;Ar≧8;Te<45;Mi>500;Er>10の関係を満た すこと。 (ここで、DSは、繊維中のギ酸エステル基によるセルロースの置換度(%)、 Arは、繊維の破断点伸び(%)、Teは、繊維の靱性(cN/tex)、Miは、繊維 の初期モジュラス(cN/tex)及びErは、繊維の破断点エネルギー(J/g)である。 ) 2.Ar≧10;Te≧25;Mi≧1000;Er≧15の関係を満たす、請 求項1に記載の繊維。 3.Ar≧12;Te≧30;Mi≧1200;Er≧20の関係のうち少なく とも1つを満たす、請求項2に記載の繊維。 4.ギ酸セルロースの液晶溶液を「乾燥ジェット湿式紡糸」と呼ばれる方法を使 用して紡糸し、請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載のギ酸セルロース繊維を得る方 法であって、 a)出発点が、少なくとも1種のリン酸中のギ酸セルロースの溶液であり、この溶 液は周囲温度で静止時に光学異方性である工程、 b)この溶液を、その溶液が光学異方性(それが静止している場合)であるような 温度(Tf)で紡糸口金を通して押し出す工程、 c)次いで、こうして押し出された溶液を、非凝固層、好ましくは空気を通して延 伸する工程、 d)次いで、凝固手段に通すことにより、こうして延伸された溶液を水(その温度 (Tc)は5℃より高い)中で凝固し、繊紬が凝固手段から出現する際に受ける引張 応力(σc)を5cN/tex未満の値に保つ工程、 e)こうして形成された繊維を洗浄し、可能な場合には乾燥する工程、 を含むことを特徴とする方法。 5.前記セルロース濃度(C)が16%〜26%であり、かつ合計ギ酸濃度(F) が8%〜20%である(非エステル化セルロースに対する重量%)、請求項4に記 載の方法。 6.前記Cが22%以上であり、前記Fが10%より大きい、請求項5に記載の 方法。 7.以下の特徴の少なくとも1つを満たす、請求項4乃至6のいずれかに記載の 方法。 ・Tfが40℃〜60℃である。 ・Tcが10℃より大きい。 ・σcが2cN/tex未満である。 ・非凝固層の厚さAgが5〜35mmである。 8.凝固水が、界面活性剤を除いて、添加物を含まない、請求項4乃至7のいず れかに記載の方法。 9.ギ酸セルロースから再生されたセルロースの繊維であって、ギ酸エステル基 によるセルロースの置換度DSが0〜2%であり、請求項1乃至3のいずれかに 記載のギ酸セルロース繊維の再生処理後に得られることを特徴とする繊維。 10.以下の特性によって特徴づけられる、ギ酸セルロースから再生された、液 晶源のセルロース繊維。 a)光学偏光顕微鏡の下で、ギ酸セルロース繊維のフィラメントが、ギ酸セルロ ース繊維の液晶源に典型的な層状構造を有すること。 b)0<DS<2;AR≧8;TE<45;MI>500;ER>10の関係を 満たすこと。 (ここで、DSは、繊維中のギ酸エステル基によるセルロースの置換度(%)、 ARは、繊維の破断点伸び(%)、TEは、繊維の靱性(cN/tex)、MIは、繊維 の初期モジュラス(cN/tex)及びERは、繊維の破断点エネルギー(J/g)である。 ) 11.TE>30;MI>1200;ER>15の関係を満たす、請求項10に 記載の繊維。 12.請求項10又は11に記載の再生セルロース繊維を得る方法であって、 a)出発点が、請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載のギ酸セルロース繊維である工 程、 b)繊維が各手段への入口で受ける引張応力(σr)が5cN/tex未満、好ましくは2 cN/tex未満であるように、ギ酸エステル繊維を再生手段、洗浄手段及び次いで乾 燥手段に通すことによって処理する工程、 を含むことを特徴とする方法。 13.水酸化ナトリウム水溶液を、多くても5%又は少なくとも16%(重量%) の濃度で使用する、請求項12の方法。 14.織物分野における、請求項1乃至3又は9乃至11のいずれかに記載の繊 維の使用。
