Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.複数のプレートから形成されかつタンク内に配置されたエプロンコンベヤの 形態とされた、高温煉炭直接還元スポンジ状鉄を制御して冷却するための装置で あって、 前記プレートの各々が、コンベヤトラフ(4)として構成され、 少なくとも1つのスライドプレート(5,6)が、2つの長さ方向側部に配置 され、 前記コンベヤトラフ(4)は、前記スライドプレート(5,6)を介してスラ イド路(7)上に移動可能に支持されているとともに、少なくとも1つのチェイ ン(9)を介して連結されていることを特徴とする装置。 2.請求項1記載の装置において、 前記コンベヤトラフ(4)の前記2つの長さ方向側部には、取付プレート(1 0)が配置されており、 この取付プレートの上面および下面に、前記スライドプレート(5,6)が取 り付けられていることを特徴とする装置。 3.請求項1または2記載の装置において、 前記長さ方向側方において前記コンベヤトラフ(4)の各々に2つのスライド プレート(5,6)が設けられる場合には、前記上側スライドプレート(6)は 、搬送方向から見て、前記下側スライドプレート(5)よりも薄いことを特徴と する装置。 4.請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の装置において、 前記個々のコンベヤトラフ(4)が、好ましくは丸められたスチールチェイン とされた少なくとも1つのチェイン(9)を介して駆動され、 前記コンベヤトラフ(4)と前記チェイン(9)との間の連結が、着脱可能な 連結とされていることを特徴とする装置。 5.請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の装置において、 前記個々のコンベヤトラフ(4)が、好ましくは丸められたスチールチェイン とされた少なくとも1つのチェイン(9)を介して駆動され、 該チェインには、プラグインプッシャーが設けられ、 該プラグインプッシャーは、各コンベヤトラフ(4)の底面上に配置された継 ぎ目板(12)に対して着脱可能に連結されていることを特徴とする装置。 6.請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の装置において、 前記コンベヤトラフ(4)が、ブレースプレートから形成されていることを特 徴とする装置。 7.請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の装置において、 前記コンベヤトラフ(4)の両側方に、側部係止体(11)が配置されている ことを特徴とする装置。 8.請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の装置において、 前記上側スライドプレート(6)と前記側部係止体(11)との間の水平距離 が、最大でも、スポンジ状鉄煉炭の平均直径の半分であることを特徴とする装置 。 9.請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載の装置において、 前記スライド路(7)のうちの、水面よりも上方に位置した領域に、噴霧デバ イスが設けられていることを特徴とする装置。
