Abstract

En una disposicion para el enfriamiento controlado de hierro dulce de reduccion directa en briquetas calientes en la forma de un transportador conresguardo que consiste de una pluralidad de placas individuales y que está ubicado en untanq ue, siendo la placa individual conformada como una artesatransportadora (4), en cada una de las cuales está ubicada por lo menos una placa deslizante (5 y 6) en los dos exteriores longitudinales y las artesastransportadoras (4) estánsostenidas d e manera movil sobre guías correderas (7) por medio de placas deslizantes (5 y 6) y conectadas por medio de por lo menosuna cadena (9). El invento permite separar el conductor del apoyo en virtud de que las artesas transportadoras (4)están sostenid as por las placas deslizantes(5) y el conductor actua sobre la artesa transportadora (4) por la al menos una cadena (9). En virtud de que los elementos traslativos están conformados comoplacas deslizantes (5;6) y guías correderas (7),la presion supe rficial es reducida a menos de una centesima en comparacion con el rodamiento de ruedassobre rieles y se reduce, por ende, el desgaste de los elementos de traslacion.
