Abstract

1329007 Endless conveyers H NIELSEN & SON MASKINFABRIK AS 14 Sept 1970 [17 Sept 1969] 43835/70 Headings B8A and B8Q Endless conveyers, for the transport of containers, each comprise a plurality of resilient load supporting pads 4 with teeth or projections 5, mounted on support members 3 secured to an endless chain 1. The support members 3 carry members7 which form bearings for outer carrying rollers 8 which engage a support surface 10. In a further embodiment, Fig. 5 (not shown), the support members (3) are secured to an endless chain (13) and have channel members (16) engaging rollers (8a) attached to chains (14), (15) and running on rails (10), thereby transferring the weight of the load direct to the rails (10).
