Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 乗員室内のシートの近傍からの波動を受け、受けた反射波を表す出力を作 成する少なくとも1つの波動センサと、 シートと連携してシートに加えられた荷重を測定し、シートに加えられた荷重 の測定値を表す出力を作成する荷重測定手段と、 装備を調節するために装備に関連して設けられた調整手段、および、 前記少なくとも1つの波動センサと、前記荷重測定手段からの出力を受け、こ れらに基づいて座席状況を評価し、少なくとも評価された座席状況に基づいて調 整手段に装備を調整するように指示するプロセッサ手段を有するシートの搭載状 況によって車両の装備を調節する調節装置。 22. 乗員室内のシートの近傍からの反射波を受け、受けた反射波を表す出力 を作成し、 シートに加えられた荷重を測定し、シートに加えられた荷重を表す出力を作成 し、 反射波を表す出力とシートに加えられた荷重を表す出力とに基づいて座席状況 を評価し、 評価された座席状況に基づいて装備を移動させる車両の装備の調整方法。 28. シートと、シートの乗員によって調整可能な少なくとも1つの装備とを 有する乗員室、および、当該少なくとも1つの装備の調整を制御する対応制御手 段を具備する車両において、 乗員の第1の形態的特徴を測定して当該第1の形態的特徴に基づいて第1の信 号を作成する第1の測定手段と、 前記第1の形態的特徴とは異なる乗員の第2の形態的特徴を測定して当該第2 の形態的特徴に基づいて第2の信号を作成する第2の測定手段と、 前記第1および第2の測定された形態的特徴に基づき、少なくとも1つの装備 について乗員にとって最適な位置または最適な操作を決定し、前記少なくとも1 つの装備が最適な位置又は最適な操作となるよう調節するために前記対応制御手 段に制御信号を送るプロセッサとを有する装備の自動調整システム。 33. シートと、シートの乗員によって調整可能な少なくとも1つの装備とを 有する乗員室、および、当該少なくとも1つの装備の調整を制御する対応制御手 段を具備する車両において、 乗員の第1の形態的特徴を測定して当該第1の形態的特徴に基づいて第1の信 号を作成し、 前記第1の形態的特徴とは異なる乗員の第2の形態的特徴を測定して当該第2 の形態的特徴に基づいて第2の信号を作成し、 前記第1および第2の測定された形態的特徴に基づき、少なくとも1つの装備 について乗員にとって最適な位置または最適な操作を決定し、 前記少なくとも1つの装備が最適な位置又は最適な操作となるよう調節するた めに前記対応制御手段に制御信号を送るステップを有する装備の自動調整方法。 38. 乗員室内のシートに向けて波動を放射し、乗員室から反射波を受け、受 信した反射波を表す出力を作成する複数の波動センサと、 シートと連携してシートに加えられた荷重を測定し、シートに加えられた荷重 の測定値を表す出力を作成する荷重測定手段と、 前記波動センサと、前記荷重測定手段からの出力を受け、これらに基づいて車 両の乗員室の座席状況を評価する座席状況評価ユニット。 45. 乗員室内のシートに向けて波動を放射し、乗員室から反射波を受け、受 信した反射波を表す出力を作成する複数の波動センサと、 シートと連携してシートに加えられた荷重を測定し、シートに加えられた荷重 の測定値を表す出力を作成する荷重測定手段と、 座席の位置を測定して、座席の位置を表す信号を作成する座席位置検出センサ と、 シートの背もたれの傾斜角度を測定して、座席の背もたれの傾斜角を表す信号 を作成する背もたれ角度検出センサと、 前記波動センサと、前記荷重測定手段と、前記座席位置検出センサと、前記背 もたれ角度検出センサからの出力を受け、これらに基づいて少なくとも3つの座 席状況を評価するニューラルネットワーク回路とを有する、車両の乗員室の座席 状況評価ユニット。 54. 乗員室のシートに向かって波動を放射し、 乗員室からの反射波を受けて、受けた反射波を表す出力を作成し、 シートに加えられた荷重を測定し、シートに加えられた荷重の測定値を表す出 力を作成し、 前記反射波を表す出力と、前記荷重の測定値を表す出力に基づいて車両の乗員 室の座席状況を評価する座席状況評価方法。
