Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 少なくとも1つの微粒子材料の水溶性コロイド分散系を、ポリテトラフ ルオロエチレンの水溶性分散系に加えることを含んでなる軸受の成形方法であっ て、上記ポリテトラフルオロエチレンを凝固させるのに十分な時間で上記分散系 を混合することによりマッシュを成形し、軸受支えの上に上記マッシュを塗布し 、このマッシュを処理することにより上記軸受支え上に軸受被覆層を成形するこ とを含んでなる軸受の成形方法。 2. 上記微粒子材料の粒子は、中央粒子径が1〜100nmであることを特 徴とする請求の範囲1に記載の軸受の成形方法。 3. 上記中央粒子径が、5〜30nmであることを特徴とする請求の範囲2 に記載の軸受の成形方法。 4. 上記微粒子材料が、金属、金属酸化塩、金属硫酸塩、金属フッ化物、金 属炭酸塩、金属リン酸塩およびシリカからなるグループから選ばれることを特徴 とする請求の範囲1〜3のいずれかに記載の軸受の成形方法。 5. 上記ポリテトラフルオロエチレンの分散系が、添加フィラーを含有する ことを特徴とする請求の範囲1〜4のいずれかに記載の軸受の成形方法。 6. 焼結青銅支えを含む軸受支えを含んでなる請求の範囲1〜5のいずれか に記載の方法によって成形された軸受であって、上記軸受は、上記軸受支えの中 に含浸され、上記軸受支えを被覆する被覆層を含んでなり、上記被覆層は、微粒 子材料が分散されたポリテトラフルオロエチレンを含んでなり、上記微粒子材料 は中央粒子径が1〜100nmの範囲であることを特徴とする軸受。 7. 上記微粒子材料がアルミナであることを特徴とする請求の範囲6に記載 の軸受。
