Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.超合金構造部材用、特にガスタービン翼および羽根用のコーティング材にお いて、重量%で、Co;18〜28%、Cr;11〜15%、Al;11.5〜 14%、Re;1〜8%、Si;1〜2.3%、Ta;0.2〜1.5%、Nb ;0.2〜1.5%、Y;0.3〜1.3%、Mg;0〜1.5%、La+La 系;0〜1.5%、B;0〜0.1%、Hf;0.1%未満、C;0.1%未満 、残部Niからなり、かつ、Y+La(+La系)を0.3〜2.0%含み、S i+Taを2.5%以下含むことを特徴とするコーティング材。 2.重量%で、Co;24.1%、Cr:11.8%、Al;12.1%、Re ;2.8%、Si;1%、Y:0.3%、Ta;1%、Nb;0.3%、残部N iからなり、かつ、Si+Taを2.5%以下含むことを特徴とする請求項1記 載のコーティング材。 3.重量%で、Co;23.8%、Cr;13%、Al;12%、Re;3%、 Si;1.7%、Y;0.5%、Ta;0.5%、Nb;0.3%、残部Niか らなり、かつ、Si+Taを2.5%以下含むことを特徴とする請求項1記載の コーティング材。 4.重量%で、Co;23.8%、Cr;13%、Al;11.8%、Re;3 %、Si:1%、Y;0.3%、Ta;1%、Nb;0.3%、残部Niからな り、かつ、Si+Taを2.5%以下含むことを特徴とする請求項1記載のコー ティング材。 5.延性γマトリックスの相組織は耐酸化性/耐食性および機械的性質に有益な β析出物を含むことを特徴とする請求項1記載のコーティング材。 6.Ni基およびCo基超合金がらなる群より選ばれる基板上に積層されるもの であることを特徴とする請求項1記載のコーティング材。 7.基板上に積層されるコーティング材として熱障壁被覆の最上層に設けられる ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至6のうちのいずれか1記載のコーティング材。 8.請求項5乃至7のうちのいずれか1記載のコーティング材用の原材料とする ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のうちのいずれか1記載の粉末組成物。
