Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. ストッパー(2)で封止された容器(1)内の液体の抽出及び/又は注 入のための装置であって、前記ストッパーを穿孔することができるように軸線方 向に移動可能な中空ニードル(7)を用いる装置において、 前記ニードル(7)の先鋭化された先端(11)が、該ニードル(7)の円筒 体(10)の母線と正接する少なくとも1つの切り刃(A1,A2)と、前記切り 刃(A1,A2)を前記円筒体(10)に接続する傾斜形状部(C)と、前記切り 刃(A1,A2)から隔たった箇所での前記母線上において中央配置されたチャネ ル(CA)の横アウトレット孔(O)とを含み、この横アウトレット孔(O)が 前記ニードル(7)の長手方向軸線に直交するように曲げられていることから成 る装置。 2. 前記孔(O)及び前記切り刃(A1,A2)が前記母線に正接する同一平 面内に延在している請求項1記載の装置。 3. 前記傾斜形状部が前記円筒体(10)の端部におけるクランク状部(C )から成る請求項1記載の装置。 4. 前記正接平面が前記クランク状部の対称平面と直交する機械加工された 面である請求項3記載の装置。 5. 前記ニードル(7)の円筒体(10)が、その外側円筒面内において、 当該ニードルの前記先端(11)から所定距離隔たったところで終了している少 なくとも1つの軸線方向溝(16)を含む請求項4記載の装置。 6. 前記溝(16)が方形断面又は矩形断面である請求項5記載の装置。 7. 前記円筒体(10)が2つずつ径方向に対向する4つの長手方向溝(1 6)を含む請求項5記載の装置。 8. 前記切り刃(A1,A2)が2つの側面(14,15)の研磨によっての 先鋭化した形状を有する請求項1記載の装置。 9. 前記ニードル(7)の動きが、当該ニードル(7)の先端が前記ストッ パー(2)と接触する際に生ずる負荷モーメントを表すパラメータを検出可能な 検出器(D)を含んでいる回路で給電される電動モータ(M)によって制御され る請求項1に記載の装置。
