Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.プラスミノーゲン分子のクリングル1−5領域と実質的に類似するアミノ酸 配列を有するプラスミノーゲンフラグメントを増殖を阻害する量で内皮細胞に投 与することを含む、内皮細胞増殖の阻害方法。 2.前記プラスミノーゲンフラグメントが、マウスプラスミノーゲン、ヒトプラ スミノーゲン、アカゲザルプラスミノーゲン、ブタプラスミノーゲン、またはウ シプラスミノーゲンに由来する請求項1記載の方法。 3.前記プラスミノーゲンフラグメントが、プラスミノーゲン分子のほぼアミノ 酸98から560に相当する請求項1記載の方法。 4.プラスミノーゲン分子のクリングル1−5領域と実質的に類似するアミノ酸 配列を有するプラスミノーゲンフラグメントの治療に有効な量を動物に投与する ことを含む、血管新生性疾患の動物の治療方法。 5.前記プラスミノーゲンフラグメントが、マウスプラスミノーゲン、ヒトプラ スミノーゲン、アカゲザルプラスミノーゲン、ブタプラスミノーゲン、またはウ シプラスミノーゲンに由来する請求項4記載の方法。 6.前記プラスミノーゲンフラグメントが、プラスミノーゲン分子のほぼアミノ 酸98から560に相当する請求項4記載の方法。 7.薬学的に許容される賦形剤およびプラスミノーゲン分子のクリングル1−5 領域と実質的に類似するアミノ酸配列を有するプラスミノーゲンフラグメントを 含む内皮細胞増殖を阻害するための治療用組成物。 8.前記プラスミノーゲンフラグメントが、マウスプラスミノーゲン、ヒトプラ スミノーゲン、アカゲザルプラスミノーゲン、ブタプラスミノーゲン、またはウ シプラスミノーゲンに由来する請求項7記載の組成物。 9.前記プラスミノーゲンフラグメントが、プラスミノーゲン分子のほぼアミノ 酸98から560に相当する請求項7記載の組成物。 10.プラスミノーゲン分子のクリングル1−5領域と実質的に類似するアミノ 酸配列を有するプラスミノーゲンフラグメントをコードする、単離された塩基配 列を含む組成物。 11.前記プラスミノーゲンフラグメントが、マウスプラスミノーゲン、ヒトプ ラスミノーゲン、アカゲザルプラスミノーゲン、ブタプラスミノーゲン、または ウシプラスミノーゲンに由来する請求項10記載の組成物。 12.前記プラスミノーゲンフラグメントが、プラスミノーゲン分子のほぼアミ ノ酸98から560に相当する請求項10記載の組成物。 13.さらに前記プラスミノーゲンフラグメントをコードするDNA配列と連結 したベクターを含み、前記ベクターは細胞内に存在するときに前記プラスミノー ゲンフラグメントを発現することができる請求項12記載の組成物。 14.さらに前記ベクターを含有する細胞を含む請求項13記載の組成物。 15.内皮細胞増殖阻害活性を有し、さらにプラスミノーゲン分子のクリングル 1−5領域と実質的に類似するアミノ酸配列を有する、プラスミノーゲンフラグ メントを発現する方法であって、前記プラスミノーゲンフラグメントをコードす るDNA配列を含み、細胞内に存在するときにアンジオスタチンフラグメントを 発現することができるベクターを動物細胞に導入することを含む方法。
