Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 冷間転造により形成され、樹脂にねじ込むためタッピンねじを備え、そのね じ山(3)がナイフの刃状に形成されているねじにおいて、 ねじ山(3)の面(6、8;11/13、14/15;17、18)がほぼ 中間の1/3の位置に内側に向いた屈曲(5、16)を備え、約30度の外 側面角度(α)(屈曲5、16とねじ山先端27の間)と内側面角度(β) (屈曲5、16とねじ山底7の間)を形成し、内側面角度(β)は平均して 外側面角度(α)の1/3とほぼ等しいか大きいことを特徴とするねじ。 2. 屈曲(5)がねじ山(3)の片側の面(8)だけに設けられていることを特 徴とする請求項1に記載のねじ。 3. 屈曲(5、16)がねじ山(3)の両側の面(11/13、14/15)に 設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のねじ。 4. ねじ山(3)の外側面角度(α)が軸方向の断面で対称または非対称に形成 されていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし3のいずれかに記載のねじ。 5.内側面角度(β)の範囲において面(11、14)が軸方向の断面で直線状 に形成されることを特徴とする請求項1ないし4のいずれかに記載のねじ。 6. 内側面角度(β)の範囲において面(19;20、21)が屈曲部(5、1 6)から凹面に湾曲して形成されることを特徴とする請求項1ないし4のい ずれかに記載のねじ。 7. ねじ山(3)の内側面角度(β)が軸方向の断面で対称または非対称に形成 されていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし6のいずれかに記載のねじ。 8. 面(11、14;17、18)がねじ山根元の範囲で内側面角度(β)を増 大させてねじ山根元の拡大部(22、23;24、25)としてねじ底(7 )に繋がることを特徴とする請求項1ないし7のいずれかに記載のねじ。 9. 拡大部(22、23;24、25)が外側面角度(α)に対して平均して大 きな面角度で形成されることを特徴とする請求項8に記載のねじ。 10.拡大部(22、23)が軸方向断面において直線で構成されることを特徴と する請求項8または9のいずれかに記載のねじ。 11.拡大部(24、25)が軸方向断面において凹面に湾曲していることを特徴 とする請求項8または9のいずれかに記載のねじ。 12.ねじ山(3)の面(11/13、14/15)がほぼ中央で内側に向かう屈 曲(5、16)を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし11のいずれ かに記載のねじ。 13.屈曲(5、16)を有するねじ山(3)がねじのねじ山の一部にだけ伸びて いることを特徴とする請求項1ないし12のいずれかに記載のねじ。 14.冷間転造により形成され、ねじの軸(33)の端末の手前で終わるタッピン ねじ(32)を備え、軸の自由端(34)にねじ(31、47、48、50 、52、61、69、70)を穴(41)にねじ込むための案内が設けられ ている、特に請求項1ないし13によるねじ(31、47、48、50、5 2、61、69、70)において、 ねしの端末がねじ山(32)を切り落とし、ねじ(31、47、48、50 、52、61、69、70)の断面に対して斜めに向いた切削刃(43、5 8、65、68、71、74)を持つ端面(36、45、46、53、62 、72、75)、およびねじ山の面(49、54)および軸(33)の外周 面から形成されるねじ山根元角部(60)の間に繋がる基準線(56、63 、64、67)で形成され、基準線(56、63、64、67)はねじ山( 32)のピッチ方向(ピッチ角α)に対して90度とかなり違う角度βを向 き、切削刃(43、58、65、68、71、74)がねじ山頂点(40) と繋がることを特徴とするねじ。 15.端面(36)が、その基準点(37、38)を結んで基準線(63)を底辺 とし、その頂点(39)がねじ山頂点(40)と一致する三角形に形成され ることを特徴とする請求項14に記載のねじ。 16.端面の斜め位置を、頂点が基準線に対してねじ込み方向に後退しているよう に選ばれている(図11ないし17)ことを特徴とする請求項15に記載の ねじ。 17.端面の斜め位置を、頂点が基準線に対してねじ込み方向に前進するように選 ばれている(図18)ことを特徴とする請求項15に記載のねじ。 18.端面(36)が平面であることを特徴とする請求項14ないし17のいずれ かに記載のねじ。 19.端面(45、46)が湾曲していることを特徴とする請求項14ないし17 のいずれかに記載のねじ。 20.端面(53)がねじ山面(54)から始まり軸(33)の外周面に繋がるよ うに捩じられた形状であることを特徴とする請求項14ないし19のいずれ かに記載のねじ。 21.端面(62)が少なくともねじ山ピッチの1/4を超えて伸びていることを 特徴とずる請求項14ないし20のいずれかに記載のねじ。 22.基準線(37、38)が90度より小さい角度βの方向に向いている(図1 4)ことを特徴とする請求項14ないし21のいずれかに記載のねじ。 23.基準線(37、38)が90度より大きい角度βの方向に向いている(図1 5)ことを特徴とする請求項14ないし21のいずれかに記載のねじ。 24.端面(72、75)が、端面によって形成される切削刃(71、74)がね じ山(32)のピッチに対して折り曲げられていることを特徴とする請求項 14ないし23のいずれかに記載のねじ。 25.折り曲げがピッチ角度を減少させる方向に向いている(図19)ことを特徴 とする請求項24に記載のねじ。 26.折り曲げがピッチ角度を増加させる方向に向いている(図20)ことを特徴 とする請求項24に記載のねじ。
