Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 主成分である第一合金粉末、少量成分である第二合金粉末および所定量の 固体潤滑剤を含む混合物であって、第一合金粉末は、重量で、14〜30%のク ロムと、合計量(Mo,V,W)が少なくとも3%である1〜5%のモリブデン 、0〜5%のバナジウムおよび0〜6%のタングステンと、合計量が0〜5%の その他の強炭化物形成元素と、0〜1.5%のシリコンと、実質的に全てのモリ ブデン、バナジウム、タングステンおよび強炭化物形成元素と炭化物を形成する 上で十分な最小限量の炭素と、残部としての鉄および付随的不純物とから成り、 第二合金粉末はオーステナイト・ステンレス鋼である鉄基粉末。 2. 第一合金粉末が20〜28%のクロム、2〜3%のモリブデン、1.5〜 2.5%のバナジウム、2.5〜3.5%のタングステン、0.8〜1.5%の シリコン、および0.555〜2%の炭素を含む請求項1に記載の鉄基粉末。 3. 第二合金粉末が1〜37%のニッケル、12〜28%のクロム、0〜19 %のマンガン、0〜7%のモリブデン、最高1%のニオブ、最高0.4%の窒素 、最高0.2%の炭素、および圧倒的に鉄である残部を含み、全ての割合が重量 %である請求項1または請求項2に記載の鉄基粉末。 4. 第二合金粉末が8〜16%のニッケル、12〜20%のクロム、0〜4% のモリブデン、0.1%未満の炭素、および圧倒的に鉄である残部を含み、全て の割合が重量%である請求項3に記載の鉄基粉末。 5. 第二合金粉末が11〜13%のニッケル、および16.2〜17.2%の クロムを含む請求項4に記載の鉄基粉末。 6. 第二合金粉末が1〜3%のモリブデンを含む請求項5に記載の鉄基粉末。 7. 混合物が50〜95重量%の第一合金粉末を含む請求項1から請求項6ま でのいずれか1項に記載の粉鉄基末。 8. 上記混合物が追加で最高1%の遊離炭素も含む請求項1から請求項7まで のいずれか1項に記載の鉄基粉末。 9. 混合物が焼結助剤も含む請求項1から請求項8までのいずれか1項に記載 の鉄基粉末。 10.固体潤滑剤が最高30重量%であることを特徴とする上記請求項のいずれ か1項に記載の鉄基粉末。 11.固体潤滑剤が最高5重量%であることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項1 0までのいずれか1項に記載の鉄基粉末。 12.固体潤滑剤が二硫化モリブデンを含むことを特徴とする請求項1から請求 項11までのいずれか1項に記載の鉄基粉末。 13.請求項1から請求項12までのいずれか1項に記載された鉄基粉末から粉 末冶金法により製造される部品。 14.粉末冶金法により熱酸化抵抗を有する部品を製造するための請求項1から 請求項12までのいずれか1項に記載された鉄基粉末の使用。
