Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.少なくとも1つの物質成分から成る化学物質を、複数のハウジング部分、少 なくとも1つのスクリュー、ノズル機構及び少なくとも1つの切断装置を有する 押出機によって均質化、混合及び又は顆粒化するのための装置において、 押出機(9)は、配量のための少なくとも1つの開口(13、14)を有し、 押出機ハウジング部分及び又はノズル部分(12、43、25、36、44、4 7)は熱的に遮断されかつ互いに別々に加熱可能及び又は冷却可能であることを 特徴とする前記装置。 2.押出機スクリュー(45、46)が、押出機ハウジング部分(12、43) に相応して熱的に遮断されている、請求項1に記載の装置。 3.押出機(9)の少なくとも1つのハウジング部分(12、43)が真空化可 能である、請求項1又は2に記載の装置。 4.ノズル機構(15、86)が、孔(35、75)中に配設されている複数の ノズル(29、76)を有し、その際個々の孔(35、75)は押出機軸線(8 6)に対して同心の少なくとも1つの円(28、28’、28’’)上に設けら れている、請求項1から3までのうちのいずれか一に記載の装置。 5.ノズル(29、76)の内面(38)が、実質的に漏斗状でかつ外面(37 )が実質的に円筒状である、請求項1から4までのうちのいずれか一に記載の装 置。 6.ノズル機構(15、86)が、ノズル(29、76)の加熱手段及び又は冷 却手段を有する、請求項1から5までのうちのいずれか一に記載の装置。 7.押出機軸線(86)のまわりで同心円(28、28’、28’’)上に配設 されたノズル(29、76)の両側に、加熱/冷却媒体を案内するダクト(30 、71)が設けられておりかつ少なくとも1つの循環路(88、89、90、9 1、92、93)を形成するために相応して結合されている、請求項1から6ま でのうちのいずれか一に記載の装置。 8.ノズル機構(15、86)が、最後の押出機ハウジング部分(43)から熱 的に遮断されている、請求項1から7までのうちのいずれか一に記載の装置。 9.ノズル機構(15、86)が、周囲領域(94)にのみ、押出機軸線(87 )に対して同心円(28、28’、28’’)上に配設されたノズル(29、7 6)を有し、その際ノズル機構(15、86)の中央領域(95)には押出機( 9)に向けられた堰止体(53)が設けられている、請求項1から8までのうち のいずれか一に記載の装置。 10.堰止体(53)が、ノズル機構(15、86)によって熱的に遮断されて いる、請求項1から9までのうちのいずれか一に記載の装置。 11.外方のノズル円(28)の直径(96)が、最後の押出機ハウジング部分 (43)の自由横断面(48)の直径(97)よりも大きい、請求項1から10 までのうちのいずれか一に記載の装置。 12.押出機出口(43)とノズル機構(15、86)との間に中間部材(47 )が配設されており、その自由横断面(49)は、押出機出口(43)の自由横 断面(48)から先ず減少しかつそれから再びノズル機構(15、86)の大き な自由横断面(50)まで増大し、その結果殆ど2つの漏斗状の領域(51、5 2)が得られ、その際ノズル機構(15、86)に向いた領域(52)に堰止体 (53)が設けられており、そして堰止体(53)は、中間部材(47)の最も 狭い開口(54)と共に押出材料用のリング状の貫通孔(55)を形成している 、請求項1から11までのうちのいずれか一に記載の装置。 13.ノズル機構(15、86)が、2つの熱的に遮断されたノズル板(61、 62)を有し、その際両ノズル板は加熱及び又は冷却可能である、請求項1から 12までのうちのいずれか一に記載の装置。 14.切断装置(16)が、カッタヘッド(79)と、カッタ刃(81)を備え た少なくとも1つのカッタホルダ(80)とを有し、その際個々のカッタホルダ (80)は、カッタ刃(81)と共にカッタヘッド(79)の周囲に配設されて おり、かつカッタヘッド(79)の半径(82)の方向に又はカッタヘッド(7 9)の半径(82)に対して所定の角度(99)の下に放射状に外方に向いてい る、請求項1から13までのうちのいずれか一に記載の装置。 15.カッタホルダ(80)及び又はカッタ刃(81)が、加熱手段及び又は冷 却手段を有する、請求項1から14までのうちのいずれか一に記載の装置。
