- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.ヒトB7.1抗原(CD80)および/またはB7.2抗原(CD86)に 特異的に結合し、該B7.1抗原またはB7.2抗原のCD28への結合を阻害す るモノクローナル抗体。 2.B7.1抗原(CD80)に特異的に結合する、請求項1に記載のモノク ローナル抗体。 3.B7.1抗原のCTLA−4への結合は阻害しない、請求項2に記載のモ ノクローナル抗体。 4.B7.2抗原(CD86)に特異的に結合する、請求項1に記載のモノク ローナル抗体。 5.B7.2抗原のCTLA−4への結合は阻害しない、請求項4に記載のモ ノクローナル抗体。 6.T細胞によるIL−2産生を阻害する、請求項1に記載のモノクローナル 抗体。 7.CD28/B7.1経路を介してB細胞およびT細胞の相互作用を選択的 に阻害する、請求項2に記載のモノクローナル抗体。 8.CD28/B7.2経路を介してB細胞およびT細胞の相互作用を選択的 に阻害する、請求項4に記載のモノクローナル抗体。 9.Tリンパ球によるIL−2の産生をインビトロで阻害し得る、請求項1に 記載のモノクローナル抗体。 10.少なくとも10μg/mlの濃度でTリンパ球含有培地に加えたときに IL−2産生を阻害し得る、請求項9に記載のモノクローナル抗体。 11.16C10または7C10と同じB7.1上のエピトープに結合するか 、または16C10または7C10とB7.1との相互作用を阻害する、モノク ローナル抗体。 12.霊長類化抗体である、請求項1に記載のモノクローナル抗体。 13.ヒト抗体、キメラマウス/ヒト抗体、またはヒト化抗体である、請求項 1に記載のモノクローナル抗体。 14.該B7.1がヒトB7.1である、請求項1に記載のモノクローナル抗 体。 15.該B7.2がヒトB7.2である、請求項1に記載のモノクローナル抗体 。 16.B7.1/CD28経路を介したB細胞およびT細胞の結合を阻害する のに充分な量の請求項2に記載のモノクローナル抗体を投与することを含む、T 細胞/B細胞相互作用が関与する疾患の治療方法。 17.B7.2/CD28経路を介したB細胞およびT細胞の結合を阻害する のに充分な量の請求項4に記載のモノクローナル抗体を投与することを含む、T 細胞/B細胞相互作用が関与する疾患の治療方法。 18.該疾患が自己免疫疾患である、請求項16に記載の方法。 19.該疾患が自己免疫疾患である、請求項17に記載の方法。 20.該疾患が、特発性血小板減少性紫斑病、全身性エリテマトーデス、1型 糖尿病、慢性関節リウマチ、乾癬、再生不能性貧血、炎症性胆汁疾患、アレルギ ーおよび多発性硬化症よりなる群から選ばれたものである、請求項16に記載の 方法。 21.該疾患が、特発性血小板減少性紫斑病、全身性エリテマトーデス、1型 糖尿病、慢性関節リウマチ、乾癬、再生不能性貧血、炎症性胆汁疾患、アレルギ ーおよび多発性硬化症よりなる群から選ばれたものである、請求項17に記載の 方法。 22.該疾患が移植片対宿主病である、請求項16に記載の方法。 23.該疾患が移植片対宿主病である、請求項17に記載の方法。 24.該疾患が、B細胞リンパ腫、感染性疾患、および炎症性疾患よりなる群 から選ばれたものである、請求項16に記載の方法。 25.該疾患が、B細胞リンパ腫、感染性疾患、および炎症性疾患よりなる群 から選ばれたものである、請求項17に記載の方法。 26.請求項1に記載の抗体を含む、B7:CD28結合の阻害により治療し 得る疾患の治療に適した医薬組成物。 27.他の組換えタンパク質または小分子の免疫抑制剤と併用して投与する、 請求項16に記載の方法。 28.他の組換えタンパク質または小分子の免疫抑制剤と併用して投与する、 請求項17に記載の方法。
