Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.小さい厚さと高い速度とに特に適している、大きい方の側部が銅板壁に より形成された連続鋳造用鋳型(1)と、浸漬吐出口を有する注湯ノズルである 浸漬ノズル(2)と、液圧サーボ制御装置により駆動される振動装置(3)とか らなる鋼スラブ連続鋳造用装置一式において、少なくともメニスカスの水準での 鋳型の水平断面の中央部分において、浸漬ノズル(2)と銅板との間の距離が一 定に保たれ;しかも、前記メニスカスの水準での前記鋳型の水平断面の表面中央 部分に対応する、前記鋳型の大きい方の側部と前記浸漬ノズル(2)との間に挟 まれた部分の面積(A1)と、前記面積(A1)に対応する前記鋳型の外側部分 の長さの合計値(S1)との間の比が、前記メニスカスの水準での前記鋳型(1 )の水平断面の残りの面の面積(A2)と、前記面積(A2)に対応する前記鋳 型の周縁部の長さの合計値(S2)との比の0.9÷1.1倍であり;さらにま た、前記鋳型の壁の各地点と、冷却管(W)の全ての端部の理想表面外囲面(E )との間の法線距離(Nd)が一定であることを特徴とする薄形スラブ用高速連 続鋳造装置。 2.請求項1に記載の鋳造装置において、前記比A1/S1およびA2/S 2が実質的に等しいことを特徴とするもの。 3.請求項1又は2に記載の鋳造装置において、前記定数値Ndが10〜2 5mmの範囲であることを特徴とするもの。 4.請求項1又は3に記載の鋳造装置において、前記鋳型内において前記メ ニスカスに形成される定常波の高さをmm単位で測定した波高値と、m/秒を単 位とする鋳造速度との間の比が、3.3を平均値として5を超えないことを特徴 とするもの。 5.請求項4に記載の鋳造装置において、鋳型水準の標本化信号に関して測 定される標準偏差が、0.7〜1.5mmの範囲であることを特徴とするもの。 6.請求項1から5までの何れかに記載の鋳造装置において、前記振動装置 が、振動波の振幅を±2mmと±10mmとの間において変動させうる液圧サー ボ制御装置(5)を備えた四辺形のレバー装置(3a,3b,3c)により形成 されていることを特徴とするもの。 7.請求項1から5までの何れかに記載の鋳造装置において、前記振動装置 (3)が、前記鋳型(1)が撓みばねの上に直接取り付けられていて、液圧サー ボ制御装置により、隙間を空けずに、前記弾性装置の固有周波数に近い周波数で 駆動される共振型であることを特徴とするもの。
