Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.内部に、固体を保持する有孔バットが配設され、液体が四方へ流れるように 噴流層を形成するハウジングを用い、前記固体を溶解させるために、前記固体を 流動性のある塊の形態で液体および随意に気体と接触させるための装置であって 、少なくとも一時的に、前記固体を保持するための回転式格子が設けられている ことを特徴とする装置。 2.前記回転式格子6がスクリーンバスケット4の上部に配設されることを特徴 とする、請求項1に記載の装置。 3.前記固体を回転式格子6の中に置くための垂直管17が設けられ、該管17 により前記固体を頂部から充填させ、反応空間へ均一に分散させることを特徴と する、請求項1または2に記載の装置。 4.前記垂直管17に継手18が設けられ、それによりその管下部の出口17a が回転式格子6の縁部と中央との間を移動できることを特徴とする、請求項3に 記載の装置。 5.前記管17が、外部から操縦可能な装置20により調整可能であることを特 徴とする、請求項3または4に記載の装置。 6.前記回転式格子6がバスケットの形状を有し、中央垂直軸8上に配設される ことを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の装置。 7.前記軸8が反応器1の頂部から突出し、その突出点が密閉され、前記軸8が モータ13を用いて反応器外部から回転可能であることを特徴とする、請求項6 に記載の装置。 8.前記回転式格子6の一回転後に、中に置かれたアルミニウム塊が溶解するよ う、前記回転式格子6の回転速度が調整可能であることを特徴とする、請求項7 に記載の装置。 9.前記回転式格子6の縁部が反応器の内部壁に取り付けられたコンソール7に よって支持され、これにより前記回転式格子が依然として回転可能であることを 特徴とする、請求項1から8のいずれかに記載の装置。 10.前記回転式格子6の周りに配置される浄化ジェット25がスクリーンバス ケット4へ向けられていることを特徴とする、請求項1から9のいずれかに記載 の装置。 11.前記回転式格子6の中空軸8を通してスクリーンバスケット4と回転式格 子6との間のスペース24内へ誘導されそこから外部へ伸長する管23上に、前 記浄化ジェット25が配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の装 置。 12.前記管23が放射状管区分23aの外端部から上向き屈曲管区分23bま でのスペース24内を伸長することを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の装置。 13.アルミニウムを過剰な脂肪族C3〜C10アルコールと反応させることによ って、アルミニウムアルコラートの連続生産を行うための、先行する請求項のい ずれかに記載の装置。
