Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.直列に接続されたインタデジタル形出力トランスジューサ(IDT2、ID T4)を備えていることを特徴とする非対称/対称に又は対称/対称に動作可能 な、特に高周波用の表面波フィルタ。 2.インタデジタル形出力トランスジューサ(IDT2、IDT4)が表面波の 伝搬方向を中心に互いに鏡面配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の表 面波フィルタ。 3.中央に配置されたインタデジタル形入力トランスジューサ(IDT3)と、 これに対してその両側に配置され直列に接続されたインタデジタル形出力トラン スジューサ(IDT2、IDT4)と、反射器(REF1、REF5(図3)) とからなるシングルトラックフィルタを備えることを特徴とする請求項1又は2 記載の表面波フィルタ。 4.フィルタが並列接続されたインタデジタル形出力トランスジューサ(IDT 2、IDT4)を備えた少なくとも1つのシングルトラックフィルタと直列に接 続されている(図4)ことを特徴とする請求項1記載の表面波フィルタ。 5.フィルタが、直列及びこれに並列に接続された表面波ワンポート共振器(R ES1a、RES1bもしくはRES2a、RES2b(図5))を備えた基本 素子からなる表面波フィルタと直列に接続されていることを特徴とする請求項1 記載の表面波フィルタ。 6.複数の基本素子がカスケードに接続されている(図10、11)ことを特徴 とする請求項1又は5記載の表面波フィルタ。 7.直列に接続された表面波ワンポート共振器(RES1a、RES1b)から なり、並列に接続された表面波ワンポート共振器(RES2a、RES2b)を 備えた必要に応じてカスケードに接続された基本素子を備えることを特徴とする 請求項1記載の非対称/対称又は対称/対称に動作可能な表面波フィルタ。 8.フィルタの入力及び出力インピーダンスが特に表面波ワンポート共振器の開 口及び電極指数の修正により調整されていることを特徴とする請求項7記載の表 面波フィルタ。
