Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. フルオロアルミン酸カリウムを含有するフラックスを使用するアルミニウム ろう付け法において、はんだを添加せずに実施し、K2SiF66〜50重量%お よびフルオロアルミン酸カリウム50〜94重量%を含有するフラックスを使用 することを特徴とするアルミニウムろう付け法。 2. フルオロアルミン酸カリウムとして、KAlF4、K2AlF5および/また はK2AlF5・H2Oを使用する請求の範囲1記載の方法。 3. フラックスがK2SiF6を7〜30重量%の量で含有する請求の範囲1記載 の方法。 4. 水、有機液体または水と有機液体の混合物中の懸濁液またはペーストの形で フラックスを含有するフラックス組成物を使用する請求の範囲1記載の方法。 5. アルミニウムのろう付けを580〜605℃の温度で実施する請求の範囲1 記載の方法。 6. 場合により別々に存在する個々の物質を一緒に使用するために含有するキッ トの形の、K2SiF66〜50重量%およびフルオロアルミン酸カリウム50〜 94重量%を含有するはんだ不含のフラックス。 7. K2SiF66〜50重量%およびフルオロアルミ ン酸カリウム50〜94重量%を含有する、はんだ不含のアルミニウムろう付け に有効な含量のフラックスおよび他の常用の助剤、特に水および/または有機液 体を含有するはんだ不含のフラックス組成物。 8. はんだ不含のアルミニウムろう付けに使用できる、K2SiF66〜50重量 %およびフルオロアルミン酸カリウム50〜94重量%を含有するフラックスを 製造するための、または有効な量のフラックスを含有するフラックス組成物を製 造するためのK2SiF6および/またはフルオロアルミン酸カリウムの使用。
