Abstract
本发明公开了一种铝焊接的方法,其中不再需要添加焊料。为此,使用一种含有6—50%(重量)K2SiF6和50—94%(重量)氟铝酸钾的熔剂。该熔剂例如可以含水悬浮物的形式使用。
Description
本发明涉及无焊料的铝焊接方法和适用于此的熔剂(Fluβmittel)。
在焊接时,需要借助于熔融的焊料来焊接金属工件。在焊接时使用焊剂,目的是使表面洁净和由此而牢固地焊接工件。人们已经研制出在铝焊接中能很好地解决这个问题的熔剂。已经证实,基于氟铝酸钾的熔剂是特别适用的。例如,US3951328;4428920;4579605;5318764;DE19519515A1;德国专利申请……(19520812)和德国专利申请……(19537216)公开了氟铝酸钾的制备方法或其作为熔剂的应用。US4906307公开了焊接铝基合金的熔剂,其中所述熔剂含有70-90%(重量)K2SiF6和30-10%(重量)AlF3。必要时可向这种熔剂中加入其它的添加剂例如氟化锂或氟化钠。也可使用分散剂。
根据现有技术公开的铝焊接法总是这样进行的,即除了熔剂外,必须在需焊接的金属构件上涂覆焊料金属。根据US5100048和5190596的教导,也可这样进行,即将诸如硅、铜或锗的金属与焊剂混合。根据其它的方法,也可这样实施,即使用镀有焊料金属的铝制建筑构件。已知方法的缺点是始终存在一个对焊料金属或其它金属例如硅、铜或锗进行预先涂覆或混合的加工步骤。本发明的目的是提供一种铝焊接的方法,该方法无需使用焊料金属即可进行焊接。该目的通过本发明的方法和熔剂以及用于本发明方法中的一种熔剂配合料来实现。
本发明使用含氟铝酸钾熔剂的铝焊接的方法使得无需添加一种焊剂而可进行处理,而是使用一种含6-50%(重量)K2SiF6和50-94%(重量)氟铝酸钾的或由此组成的熔剂。如果氟硅酸盐的含量低于6%(重量),那么会降低焊接的质量。熔剂中的K2SiF6的含量优选为7-30%(重量)。那么熔剂中氟铝酸钾的含量为93-70%(重量)。优选地是,K2SiF6的含量为7至低于30%(重量),而氟铝酸钾的含量为93至高于70%(重量)。术语“氟铝酸钾”包括已知的、钾的络合氟化铝,它们由钾、铝、氟和必要时的水组成。在本发明的意义中,优选的熔剂最好含作为氟铝酸钾的KAlF4、K2AlF5和/或K2AlF5·H2O。K3AlF6不是优选的或在熔剂中只含少量,例如至多5%(重量)。在这种情况下,五氟铝酸盐也可以以不可逆的脱水产物的形式存在,在德国公开说明书DE19519515A1中公开了它们的制备方法,它通过在约260℃以上的温度下加热水化物质得到。
人们可采用熔剂本身,必要时也可共同使用常规助剂。例如可使用一种在需焊接的铝制建筑构件表面上起熔剂粘附作用的粘合剂作为助剂。
合适的是,人们使用熔剂配合料形式的熔剂,所述熔剂配合料含有在水、一种有机液体或水和有机液体的混合物中悬浮物或浆料。当使用“有机液体”时,通常合适地是使用诸如醇、尤其是甲醇、乙醇、丙醇或异丙醇的物质作为有机溶剂。为了制备配合料,人们可单独使用K2SiF6和氟铝酸钾或与液相混合作为混合物使用。
水或有机液体的含量应如此调节,使得能达到悬浮物或浆料所要求的浓度。悬浮物或浆料优选含有3-70%(重量)熔剂,重量百分余量是水或有机液体的,可能还含有杂质和其它的助剂例如分散剂。
本发明方法适用于由铝或铝合金制成的建筑构件。当然,合金中镁的含量应低于0.5%(重量)。按通常的方式,例如在炉中或借助于燃烧器进行焊接。必要时可通过少量试验来确定合适的焊接温度。焊接铝的最佳温度为580-605℃。
可按常规方式,例如通过交换、喷洒、浇灌、印刷或涂抹进行需焊接元件的涂层。
本发明方法适用于所有不用焊料添加剂的、由铝或铝合金制成的构件的焊接连接。尤其适用于冷却器和热交换器的焊接,例如汽车工业,以及焊接各种种类和大小导线的电子学工业。例如用于焊接薄的箔片。
本发明的另一个目的是提供一种无焊料的熔剂。其特征在于,所述熔剂含有6-50%(重量)K2SiF6和50-94%(重量)氟铝酸钾或由这两种物质组成。这两种物质的优选用量和优选使用的氟铝酸钾如上所述。必要时,熔剂中可含有常规的助剂例如粘合剂。本发明无焊料的熔剂也可以成套组分(Kits)的形式存在,其中各物质彼此分开,并在本发明的方法中一起使用。
本发明的另一个目的是提供一种无焊料的熔剂配合料。它们包含对无焊料的铝焊接起有效作用的熔剂量,所述熔剂含有6-50%(重量)K2SiF6和50-94%(重量)氟铝酸钾,以及其它常规的助剂,尤其是水和/或有机液体。一种优选的无焊料的熔剂配合料含有3-70%(重量)熔剂以及重量百分余量的水和/或有机液体以及必要时其它的常规助剂例如粘合剂或分散剂。
使用K2SiF6和氟铝酸钾制备适用于铝或铝合金的无焊料焊接的熔剂或熔剂配合料的应用是新的,并且同样是本发明的目的。
本发明可以焊接铝,而无需单独添加一种焊料或金属。这简化了工业应用,并降低了焊接方法的成本。
下面的实施例旨在进一步说明本发明,而不是对其范围的限制。实施例1:本发明熔剂的制备
将2.5g K2SiF6和10g NocolokR(一种基于KAlF4和K2AlF5的氟铝酸钾,Solvay Fluor和Derivate GmbH的产品)以细分散的形式彼此混合。实施例2:本发明熔剂悬浮物的制备
a)将5g水与2.5g K2SiF6和10g NocolokR混合,形成固含量约为43%(重量)的含水悬浮物。
b)将12.5g按实施例1制备的熔剂加入到5g水中,形成固含量约为43%(重量)的含水悬浮物。实施例3:焊接时含K2SiF6和NocolokR的悬浮物的应用
概论:将尺寸为40×5×0.5mm的铝合金AA3003角钢焊接在尺寸为25×25×0.3mm的相同材料的铝片上。将构件浸渍在含熔剂的悬浮物中,然后用丙烷气体燃烧器进行加热。

Claims (8)
1.使用含氟铝酸钾的熔剂焊接铝的方法,其特征在于:未添加一种焊料进行操作,而是使用一种含有6-50%(重量)K2SiF6和50-94%(重量)的一种熔剂。
2.根据权利要求1的方法,其特征在于:使用KAlF4、K2AlF5和/或K2AlF5·H2O作为氟铝酸钾。
3.根据权利要求1的方法,其特征在于:熔剂中含有7-30%(重量)的K2SiF6。
4.根据权利要求1的方法,其特征在于:使用一种熔剂配合料,熔剂配合料包含在水、有机液体或一种水和有机液体的混合物中的悬浮物或浆料的形式的熔剂。
5.根据权利要求1的方法,其特征在于:在580-605℃的温度下进行铝焊接。
6.含有6-50%(重量)K2SiF6和50-94%(重量)氟铝酸钾的无焊料熔剂,必要时以成套组分的形式存在,它们含有为共同使用的、分开存在的各单个物质。
7.无焊料的熔剂配合料,含有对无焊料铝焊接起有效作用的熔剂量,所述熔剂含有6-50%(重量)K2SiF6和50-94%(重量)氟铝酸钾,以及其它常规助剂,尤其是水和/或有机液体。
8.K2SiF6和/或氟铝酸钾在制备熔剂中的用途,所述熔剂含有6-50%(重量)K2SiF6和50-94%(重量)氟铝酸钾,或者K2SiF6和/或氟铝酸钾在制备熔剂配合料中的用途,它们含有有效量的、可无焊料地焊接铝的熔剂。
