Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.ポリプロピレン発泡体から成るか、又はポリプロピレン発泡体の層を少なく とも一つ含むとともに、シートに絞り加工又は深絞り加工を施し、かつ、発泡材 料を膨張させることによって開放容器を製造するのに適用される、熱成形可能シ ートにおいて、ポリプロピレン発泡体は、高溶融強度ポリプロピレンを50〜1 00〔%〕含有するポリプロピレン混合物から成り、0.1〜0.7〔g/cm3 〕の密度、及び1〔mm3〕当たり300より多いセル数を有することを特徴と する熱成形可能シート。 2.発泡体が1〔mm3〕当たり800〜2500のセル数を有する請求項1に 記載の熱成形可能シート。 3.発泡体が1〔mm3〕当たり1000〜2000のセル数を有する請求項1 に記載の熱成形可能シート。 4.ポリプロピレン混合物が、60〜90〔%〕の高溶融強度ポリプロピレンの 単重合体又は共重合体、及び少なくとも一つの別のポリプロピレンの単重合体又 は共重合体から成る請求項1に記載の熱成形可能シート。 5.ポリプロピレン混合物が、60〜80〔%〕の高溶融強度ポリプロピレンの 単重合体又は共重合体、及び少なくとも一つの別のポリプロピレンの単重合体又 は共重合体から成る請求項1に記載の熱成形可能シート。 6.ポリプロピレン発泡体が0.25〜0.5〔gr/cm3〕の密度を有する 請求項1に記載の熱成形可能シート。 7.ポリプロピレン発泡体が0.36〜0.50〔gr/cm3〕の密度を有す る請求項1に記載の熱成形可能シート。 8.シート又は少なくとも一つの発泡層が0.5〜3〔mm〕の厚さを有する請 求項1に記載の熱成形可能シート。 9.シート又は少なくとも一つの発泡層が1〜2〔mm〕の厚さを有する請求項 1に記載の熱成形可能シート。 10.シート又は少なくとも一つの発泡層が1.2〜1.6〔mm〕の厚さを有 する請求項1に記載の熱成形可能シート。 11.ポリプロピレン発泡体は、1.4〔mm〕の厚さ、0.43〔g/cm3 〕の密度、及び1〔mm3〕当たり1450のセル数を有する高溶融強度ポリプ ロピレンを80〔%〕含有する請求項1に記載の熱成形可能シート。
