Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.制御ユニット(1)に接続される加熱素子(2)を含むシートの加熱方法で あって、該制御ユニット(1)は、該加熱素子(2)を介して電流(I)を供給 するように構成され、該方法は、 該加熱素子(2)に関する現在の温度(T)を検出する工程と、 該現在の温度(T)が所定の所望の温度(TB)よりも下回ると、該加熱素子 (2)を介して該電流(I)を供給することによって、該温度(T)を制御する工 程とを包含し、該方法が、 該シートの動作および/または設計に依存して、該所望の温度(TB)の付加 値(ΔTB)を決定する工程と、 該制御工程に関する該所定の所望の温度(TB)に、該付加値(ΔTB)を加え る工程とを包含することを特徴とする、方法。 2.前記所望の温度(TB)および/または前記付加値(ΔTB)に関する情報( 27)が、外部ユニット(18)から前記制御ユニット(1)に転送されること を特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。 3.前記加熱素子の状態に関する情報(25、26)がまた、前記制御ユニット (1)から前記外部ユニット(18)に転送されることを特徴とする、請求項2 に記載の方法。 4.前記情報(27)が、伝送チャネル(19)を介して、前記制御ユニット( 1)と前記外部ユニット(18)との間でシリアルに転送されることを特徴とす る、請求項2または3に記載の方法。 5.前記情報(27)が、一連のパルスの形態で転送され、該パルスの数が、前 記所望の温度(TB)の値および/または前記付加値(ΔTB)に直接対応するこ とを特徴とする、請求項2〜4のいずれかに記載の方法。 6.前記方法が、比例帯域制御を含み、前記現在の温度(T)が所定のインター バル内にある場合に、前記加熱素子(2)からの影響が、周期的に、且つ、該現 在の温度(T)に比例して変わるように、前記転送された情報(27)が選択さ れることを特徴とする、請求項2〜5のいずれかに記載の方法。 7.前記方法が、影響限界値を含み、所定の所望の温度(TB+ΔTB)に達した 後に、前記加熱素子(2)への前記電流(I)の供給が、所定の周波数および影 響でオンおよびオフに切り換えられることを特徴とする、請求項2〜5のいずれ かに記載の方法。 8.前記付加値(ΔTB)が、前記制御ユニット(1)のRC回路によって決定 されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。 9.前記制御工程が、電流(I)によって開始され、該電流(I)は、前記付加 値(ΔTB)と前記所望の温度(TB)との和に対応する値に達するまで前記加熱 素子(2)を介して供給され、該値に達すると、該電流供給が停止され、該付加 値(ΔTB)は、該電流供給が停止されるまでに経過した初期時間(t1)に従っ て比例的に計算されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載の方法 。 10.減衰時間(tA−t1)の間に、前記付加値(ΔTB)がゼロに低減される ことを特徴とする、請求項1〜9のいずれかに記載の方法。 11.前記減衰時間(tA−t1)が、前記加熱素子(2)を介して供給される電 流(I)によって開始される前記制御工程の間に、前記付加値(ΔTB)と前記 所望の温度(TB)との和に対応する値に達した後、該電流供給が停止されるま でに経過した前記初期時間(t1)に依存して決定されることを特徴とする、請 求項10に記載の方法。 12.前記減衰時間(tA−t1)が、前記シートの設計に対応する測定値を構成 する値(kB)に比例して決定されることを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の方 法。 13.前記付加値(ΔTB)の前記低減が、前記電流供給が起こっていない時間 (tB、tC、tD)の間に起こることを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の方法。 14.前記付加値(ΔTB)が、所定の増加時間の間に、ゼロから、その選択さ れた値(ΔTB)に増加または低減することを特徴とする、請求項1〜13のい ずれかに記載の方法。 15.前記付加値(ΔTB)が、前記シートの設計に対応する測定値を構成する 値(kA)に比例して決定されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜14のいずれか に記載の方法。
