Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.少なくとも1個のフレーム部材と前記フレーム部材に付随する少なくとも1 個のベース部材を備え、前記少なくとも1個のフレーム部材は多数のセルを 有し、前記少なくとも1個のベース部材がセルの底部を形成するマイクロプ レートにおいて、セル(7)の底部が最大500μmの厚さを有するマイクロ プレート。 2.前記フレーム部材が標準寸法を有し、少なくとも384個のセルを含む請求項 1のマイクロプレート。 3.前記少なくとも1個のベース部材(3)が膜又はフィルムとして形成されて いる請求項1のマイクロプレート。 4.前記底部(4)が膜として形成されている前記請求項のいずれか1つのマイ クロプレート。 5.前記膜がポリアミド、ポリエステル、ポリカーボネート、セルロース、セル ロース誘導体又は再生セルロースからなる請求項4のマイクロプレート。 6.前記底部(4)がフィルムとして形成されている請求項1ないし3のいずれ か1つのマイクロプレート。 7.前記フィルムがアクリルブタジエンスチレン、ポリアミド、ポリカーボネー ト、ポリスチレン、ポリメチルメタクリレート、ポリプロピレン又はスチレ ンアクリルニトリルからなる請求項6のマイクロプレート。 8.前記底部(4)又は前記ベース部材(3)が20ないし500μm、好ましくは 60μmの厚さを有する前記請求項のいずれか1つのマイクロプレート。 9.前記少なくとも1個のフレーム部材(2)が白色もしくは黒色に着色され又 は透明又は天然色である前記請求項のいずれか1つのマイクロプレート。 10.前記少なくとも1個のフレーム部材(2)が高い熱伝導度を有する前記請 求項のいずれか1つのマイクロプレート。 11.前記少なくとも1個のフレーム部材(2)が添加金属チップ又はカーボン ブラックを含む前記請求項のいずれか1つのマイクロプレート。 12.前記フィルムが透明又は着色されている前記請求項のいずれか1つのマイ クロプレート。 13.前記フィルムが高い熱伝導度を有する前記請求項のいずれか1つのマイク ロプレート。 14.前記フィルムが多層構造である前記請求項のいずれか1つのマイクロプレ ート。 15.前記マイクロプレート(1)の前記少なくとも1個のフレーム部材(2) が、中央が開放した主フレーム(30)の中に配設されている前記請求項の いずれか1つのマイクロプレート。 16.前記少なくとも1個のフレーム部材(2)又は前記主フレーム(30)が おおむね長方形である前記請求項のいずれか1つのマイクロプレート。 17.前記セル(3)が前記フレーム部材(2)にマトリックス状に又は列をな して配列されている前記請求項のいずれか1つのマイクロプレート。 18.前記少なくとも1個のフレーム部材(2)及び/又は前記主フレーム(3 0)が少なくとも1個の斜切した隅角部(27)を有する前記請求項のいず れか1つのマイクロプレート。 19.前記セル(7)の横断面が正方形、六角形又は円形である前記請求項のい ずれか1つのマイクロプレート。 20.前記少なくとも1個のベース部材(3)の下に好ましくは格子状の支持構 造が配設されている前記請求項のいずれか1つのマイクロプレート。 21.少なくとも1個のフレーム部材及び少なくとも1個のベース部材を有する 特に前記請求項のいずれか1つのマイクロプレートの製造方法において、最 大500μmの厚さのフィルム又は膜を射出成形型の中に配置し、フレーム部 材(2)のための材料を200ないし300℃に熱して可塑化し、前記フレーム部 材(2)の可塑化材料を高圧で射出成形型に射出し、冷却し、固化する方法 。 22.前記フレーム部材(2)の前記可塑化材料を200ないし1,300バール、好ま しくは1,000バールの圧力で射出成形型に射出する請求項21の方法。 23.前記フレーム部材(2)が前記射出成形型内で100ないし500バールの保持 圧力のもとで固化する前記請求項21又は22いずれか1つの方法。
