Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.延伸膨張ポリテトラフルオロエチレン膜からなる清掃可能な濾過媒体。 2.その媒体が、振動、バックパルス、逆流空気清掃、音波清掃、及び振盪か らなる群より選択された少なくとも1つの技術によって清掃可能な請求項1に記 載の清掃可能な濾過媒体。 3.その媒体が、約1フレージャー数を上回る多孔性を有する請求項1に記載 の清掃可能な濾過媒体。 4.その媒体が、約3〜50ポンドのボール破裂強度を有する請求項1に記載 の清掃可能な濾過媒体。 5.その媒体が、2層以上の延伸膨張ポリテトラフルオロエチレンを備えた請 求項1に記載の清掃可能な濾過媒体。 6.第1面と第2面を有する清掃可能な濾過媒体を提供し、それによって、濾 過されるべきガスが、媒体の第1面に流入し、媒体の中を通り、媒体の第2面か ら流出し、その結果、媒体の第1面の上にガスからの濾過物が集積し、 濾過アセンブリの支持手段の1つ以上の取付箇所に、その取付箇所の間の濾過 媒体部分が固定されないようにして、その清掃可能な濾過媒体を取付け、 その清掃可能な濾過媒体に動揺を与え、その動揺によって1つ以上の取付箇所 の間の媒体領域に屈曲を生じさせ、 その濾過媒体の動揺が、濾過媒体の第1面から濾過物の離脱を生じさせる、 ことを含む、清掃可能な濾過媒体の清掃方法。 7.その濾過媒体が、延伸膨張ポリテトラフルオロエチレンからなる請求項6 に記載の方法。 8.その清掃が、振動、バックパルス、逆流空気清掃、音波清掃、及び振盪か らなる群より選択された少なくとも1つの技術によって行われる請求項6に記載 の方法。 9.その動揺が、媒体の第2面に流入して媒体の中を通り媒体の第1面から流 出する媒体の第2面の付近のガスのバックパルスを形成し、そのバックパルスが 、濾過物が媒体の第1面から吹き飛ばされて媒体の第1面から離脱するレベルま で媒体を膨らませるのに十分であることを含む請求項6に記載の方法。 10.延伸膨張ポリテトラフルオロエチレン膜の濾過媒体、 濾過の際にその濾過媒体を支持する支持手段、及び その濾過媒体をその支持手段に取付けるための取付手段、 を含んでなる、濾過アセンブリ用の清掃可能なフィルターエレメント。 11.フィルターエレメントが、フィルターバッグ、フィルターチューブ、及 びフィルターカートリッジからなる群より選択された形状を有する請求項10に 記載の清掃可能なフィルターエレメント。 12.そのフィルターエレメントが、上部、底部、及びそのバッグの側面をシ ールするための少なくとも1つの面にそった少なくとも1つのシームを有するフ ィルターバッグを構成し、その上部が、その支持手段に取付るために開口した請 求項11に記載の清掃可能なフィルターエレメント。 13.その底部が、濾過媒体をシームシールすることと結ぶことからなる群よ り選択された少なくとも1つの技術によってシールされた請求項12に記載の清 掃可能なフィルターエレメント。 14.その濾過媒体が、2層以上の延伸膨張ポリテトラフルオロエチレン膜を 備えた請求項12に記載の清掃可能なフィルターエレ メント。 15.そのフィルターエレメントがフィルターカートリッジを構成し、その支 持手段が1つ以上の垂直部材を有する支持ケージを備え、その濾過媒体がその少 なくとも1つの垂直部材に取付けられ、それによって、その濾過媒体が、濾過と 清掃の際にその支持ケージの取付箇所の間で屈曲する請求項11に記載の清掃可 能なフィルターエレメント。 16.その濾過媒体が、約1フレージャー数を上回る多孔性を有する請求項1 0に記載の清掃可能なフィルターエレメント。 17.その濾過媒体が、約3〜50ポンドのボール破裂強度を有する請求項1 0に記載の清掃可能な濾過媒体。 18.その濾過媒体が、2層以上の延伸膨張ポリテトラフルオロエチレンを備 えた請求項11に記載の清掃可能な濾過媒体。 19.延伸膨張ポリテトラフルオロエチレン膜から清掃可能なフィルターエレ メントを作成し、 その清掃可能なフィルターエレメントを粒子濾過アセンブリに組み込み、 その清掃可能なフィルターエレメントによって粒子含有ガスを濾過し、延伸膨 張ポリテトラフルオロエチレンの表面上に粒子を捕集し、 その清掃可能なフィルターエレメントを清掃して、その清掃可能なフィルター エレメントの表面から捕集粒子を除去する、 ことを含む、延伸膨張ポリテトラフルオロエチレン(PTFE)膜の使用方法 。
