Claims (19)
- プリーツ付け可能な濾過材であって、フェルトを具備し、該フェルトが、水位計の12mmのレベルで少なくとも20(l/dm2/分)の透過性と、100〜1000g/m2の重さの、プリーツ付け可能な金属製スクリムの上にフェルト化されたPTFE繊維をもつもので、該フェルトが、150〜1000g/m2の密度と、スクリムの透過性より充分高くまた水位計の12mmのレベルで20〜250(l/dm2/分)の透過性とをもつものであり;また膜を具備し、該膜が、フェルトの上にラミネート加工され、E−PTFEで作られ、そして水位計の12mmのレベルで3〜75(l/dm2/分)の透過性をもつ濾過材であって;該濾過材が、室温でプリーツ付けされることができ、またそれ以後そのプリーツを使用可能に保持することができる、プリーツ付け可能な濾過材。
- 前記PTFE繊維が、金属製スクリムの上に絡み合わされる、請求項1に記載のプリーツ付け可能な濾過材。
- 10ミクロン未満のサイズをもつ触媒の粒子をさらに具備し、該触媒の粒子が、PTFE繊維の表面にあるかPTFE繊維の中にはめ込まれるか、少なくともそれらのいずれか一つである、請求項1に記載のプリーツ付け可能な濾過材。
- 前記触媒の粒子が、二酸化チタン、酸化鉄、ゼオライト、酸化銅、酸化タングステン、酸化アルミニウム、酸化コバルト、酸化ニッケル、酸化クロム、パラジウム、ニッケル、金、白金、銀、そしてロジウムから成る群から選択される、請求項3に記載のプリーツ付け可能な濾過材。
- 前記膜が、水位計の12mmのレベルで12〜50(l/dm2/分)の透過性をもつ、請求項1に記載のプリーツ付け可能な濾過材。
- 前記膜が、フェルトの上に直接ラミネート加工される、請求項1に記載のプリーツ付け可能な濾過材。
- 前記膜が、PTFE繊維の耐久特性に少なくとも匹敵する耐久特性をもつ結合剤を用いて、フェルトの上にラミネート加工される、請求項1に記載のプリーツ付け可能な濾過材。
- 前記結合剤が、四フッ化エチレン・六フッ化プロピレン共重合樹脂(FEP)すなわちテトラフルオロエチレン−ヘキサフルオロプロピレン共重合体である、請求項7に記載のプリーツ付け可能な濾過材。
- 前記金属製スクリムが、PTFE繊維に少なくとも匹敵する耐化学性および耐熱性の特性をもつ、請求項1に記載のプリーツ付け可能な濾過材。
- プリーツ付け可能な濾過材を作る製造方法であって、水位計の12mmのレベルで少なくとも20(l/dm2/分)の透過性と、100〜1000g/m2の重さの、プリーツ付け可能な金属製スクリムの上にPTFE繊維をフェルト化する過程を具備し、該フェルト化する過程が、スクリムの密度に加えて150〜1000g/m2のフェルト密度と、スクリムの透過性より高くまた水位計の12mmのレベルで20〜250(l/dm2/分)の透過性とが達成されるまで行われるものであり;またE−PTFE膜の、フェルト化されたPTFE繊維の一面へのラミネート加工過程を具備し、該膜が、水位計の12mmのレベルで3〜75(l/dm2/分)の透過性をもつものである、プリーツ付け可能な濾過材を作る製造方法。
- 前記フェルト化する過程が、水流絡合によってなされる、請求項10に記載のプリーツ付け可能な濾過材を作る製造方法。
- 前記ラミネート加工が、さらに、溶媒における液体懸濁液での結合剤を、フェルト化されたPTFE繊維の面の上に塗布すること、そしてその後に溶媒を蒸発させる過程を具備し、移された固体の結合剤の相対的重さが、およそ1〜10%である、請求項10に記載のプリーツ付け可能な濾過材を作る製造方法。
- 前記ラミネート加工が、フェルト化されたPTFE繊維の面の上に直接行われる、請求項10に記載のプリーツ付け可能な濾過材を作る製造方法。
- 前記濾過材を室温でプリーツ加工することをさらに具備する、請求項10に記載のプリーツ付け可能な濾過材を作る製造方法。
- バッグハウス集塵機用の、プリーツのあるフィルターバッグであって、該フィルターバッグが、細長いもので、また開口端のある長手方向の中空の中心を具備し、またプリーツのあるフィルター壁が、中空の中心を囲むが、該プリーツのあるフィルター壁には、フェルトがあり、該フェルトは、すき間を備えプリーツ付け可能なスクリムの上にフェルト化されたもので、またスクリムの透過性よりも低くかつ濾過に適した透過性をもつものであり、さらに膜を具備し、該膜が、該フェルトの透過性よりも大幅に低い透過性を有して、該フェルトの外側であって中空の中心の方を向く部分を覆い、該フィルターバッグにおいて、該スクリム、該フェルト、そして該膜のすべてが、集塵機の厳しい濾過環境に対して耐性がある、バッグハウス集塵機用の、プリーツのあるフィルターバッグ。
- 前記スクリムが金属で作られる、請求項15に記載のフィルターバッグ。
- 前記フェルトがPTFE繊維をもち、また膜がE−PTFEで作られる、請求項15または請求項16に記載のフィルターバッグ。
- 前記触媒の粒子が、PTFE繊維の表面にあるかPTFE繊維の中にはめ込まれるか、少なくともそれらのいずれか一つである、請求項17に記載のプリーツ付け可能な濾過材。
- 前記フェルトが、水流によってスクリムの上に絡み合わされる、請求項15〜18のいずれか一つに記載のフィルターバッグ。
