Claims (9)
- 収縮時形態と拡張時形態の間で変移するように構成された拡張可能なフレームワークと、
前記拡張可能なフレームワークの少なくとも一部に沿って配置された閉塞部材と
を含む閉塞性インプラントであって、
前記閉塞部材の第1の部分はフィブリノーゲンを反撥するように構成されており、
前記閉塞部材の第2の部分はフィブリノーゲンを誘引するように構成されている、閉塞性インプラント。 - 前記閉塞性インプラントは前縁を有し、前記前縁に近接する前記閉塞部材の領域は、フィブリノーゲンを反撥するように処理される、請求項1に記載の閉塞性インプラント。
- 前記拡張可能なフレームワークは、中央構造を含み、前記中央構造に近接する閉塞部材の領域は、フィブリノーゲンを反撥するように処理される、請求項1又は2に記載の閉塞性インプラント。
- 前記閉塞性インプラントの少なくとも一部は、中性pHで負電荷を帯びる、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の閉塞性インプラント。
- 前記閉塞性インプラントの少なくとも一部は、中性pHで負に帯電したポリマーを含む、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の閉塞性インプラント。
- 中性pHで負に帯電した前記ポリマーで、前記閉塞部材の少なくとも一部を覆う、請求項5に記載の閉塞性インプラント。
- 前記閉塞部材は、前記拡張可能なフレームワークの少なくとも一部を覆うポリマーコーティングを含み、前記ポリマーコーティングは、フィブリノーゲンを誘引するために中性pHで正に帯電している、請求項1に記載の閉塞性インプラント。
- 前記閉塞部材は、ポリエチレンテレフタレート(PET)で形成されている、請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載の閉塞性インプラント。
- 前記拡張可能なフレームワークは、拡張時形態で患者の心臓の左心耳(LAA)に嵌合するように構成される、請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載の閉塞性インプラント。
