Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 少なくとも一種類の金属陽イオンと少なくとも一種類のオキソアニオンと の塩を製造するための方法であって: a.i. 前記金属陽イオンと; ii. 少なくとも一種類の酸化剤と; iii. 前記オキソアニオンを形成するために、前記酸化剤により酸化 可能な、少なくとも一種類の前駆体陰イオンと; の水溶液を作ることと; b. 前記酸化剤と前記前駆体陰イオンとの間に酸化−還元反応を開始させる のに有効な温度と圧力との条件下で、前記溶液を加熱することと;を含み; c. 前記反応は、少なくとも一種類のガス状生成物を発生させ;かつ前記オ キソアニオンを生じ; d. 前記塩は前記溶液から沈殿する、方法。 2. 前記塩を加熱して、それに相転移及び/または結晶化を与えるステップを さらに含む、請求項1に記載の方法。 3. 前記酸化剤は硝酸塩であり、前記ガス状生成物は酸化窒素である、請求項 1に記載の方法。 4. 前記ガス状生成物はNO2である、請求項1に記載の方法。 5. 前記塩は実質的に均一である、請求項1に記載の方法。 6. 前記塩はリン酸カルシウムである、請求項1に記載の方法。 7. 前記加熱は約250℃までの温度にして行う、請求項1に記載の方法。 8. 前記溶液はアルコールを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。 9. 前記前駆体陰イオン類の少なくとも一種類はリン含有オキソアニオンであ る、請求項1に記載の方法。 10. 少なくとも一種類の前駆体陰イオンは次亜リン酸塩である、請求項1に 記載の方法。 11. 前記金属陽イオンは前記酸化剤の一部を形成する、請求項1に記載の方 法。 12. 前記酸化剤と金属陽イオンは金属硝酸塩を含む、請求項1に記載の方法 。 13. 少なくとも一種類の前駆体陽イオンは、一価のLi、Na、K、Rb、 Cs、Cu、AgまたはHgである、請求項1に記載の方法。 14. 少なくとも一種類の前駆体陽イオンは、二価のBe、Mg、Ca、Sr 、Ba、Cr、Mn、Fe、Co、Ni、Cu、Zn、Rh、Pd、Cd、Sn 、HgまたはPbである、請求項1に記載の方法。 15. 少なくとも一種類の前駆体陽イオンは、三または四価のAl、Cr、M n、Fe、Co、Ni、Ga、As、Y、Nb、Rh、In、La、Ti、Bi 、Ac、Ce、Pr、Nd、Sm、Eu、Gd、Tb、Dy、Ho、Er、Tm 、Yb、Lu、UまたはPuである、請求項1に記載の方法。 16. 前記酸化剤は硝酸塩である、請求項1に記載の方法。 17. 少なくとも一種類の金属陽イオンはカルシウムである、請求項1に記載 の方法。 18. 前記反応は酸性条件下で維持される、請求項1に記載の方法。 19. pH約3未満で行われる、請求項1に記載の方法。 20. pH約1.5未満で行われる、請求項1に記載の方法。 21. 少なくとも一種類の金属陽イオンと少なくとも一種類のオキソアニオン との塩であって: 前記金属陽イオンと; 少なくとも一種類の酸化剤と; 前記オキソアニオンを形成するために、前記酸化剤により酸化可能な、少 なくとも一種類の前駆体陰イオンと; の水溶液を作ることと; 前記酸化剤と前記前駆体陰イオンとの間に酸化−還元反応を開始させるのに有 効な温度と圧力との条件下で、前記溶液を加熱することと;によって形成され; 前記反応は、少なくとも一種類のガス状生成物を発生させ;かつ前記オキソア ニオンを生じ; 前記塩は前記溶液から沈殿する、塩。 22. 実質的に均質な形態を有する、請求項21に記載の塩。 23. 非化学量論的組成を有する、請求項21に記載の塩。 24. 複数の金属陽イオン類から形成される、請求項21に記載の塩。 25. 生物活性及び生体適合性リン酸カルシウムであって: リンオキソ酸と硝酸カルシウムとの水溶液を作ることと; 前記オキソ酸と前記硝酸カルシウムとの間に酸化−還元反応を開始させるのに 有効な温度と圧力との条件下で、前記溶液を加熱することと;によって製造され ; 前記反応は、酸化窒素ガスを発生させ; 該リン酸カルシウムは前記溶液から沈殿する、リン酸カルシウム。 26. 約100℃を超える温度に加熱することによりさらに得られる、請求項 25に従って製追されるリン酸カルシウム。 27. 前記加熱は約700℃未満の温度にして行う、請求項26に従って製造 されるリン酸カルシウム。 28. 前記リンオキソ酸は次亜リン酸である、請求項25に記載の生物活性及 び生体適合性リン酸カルシウム。 29. 請求項25に記載の生物活性及び生体適合性リン酸カルシウムを含む、 骨欠損の修復のための生物活性セメント。 30. 薬学的に許容可能なキャリアまたは希釈剤と共に混和される、請求項2 5に記載の生物活性及び生体適合性リン酸カルシウム。 31. 重合可能な材料と共に混和される、請求項25に記載の生物活性及び生 体適合性リン酸カルシウム。
