(2)該第1のブロックを加熱する工程; (3)第1のブロックに向かって励起光を照射する工程; (4)該第1の複数の試料からの蛍光発光を感知する工程;および (5)該第1の複数の試料から熱によりほどけたデータを記録する工程、 を含む、方法。 206.さらに、 (6)前記蛍光発光センサーを、その上に第2の複数の試料を有する第2の熱伝 導ブロックと並べる工程、 (7)該第2のブロックを加熱する工程、 (8)該第2のブロックに向かって励起光を照射する工程;
