Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 自動車の自動変速機における発進過程を評価する方法であって、計算ユ ニット、マイクロ・コントローラ、記憶装置及び油圧式変速機制御ユニットを制 御するための制御機構を備えた電子式変速機制御ユニットを用いる形式のものに おいて、 1) エンジン制御器(27)からエンジントルク(M_M)及びエンジン回転 数(n_M)に対応する信号を、自動変速機(1)のコンバータ(2)のタービ ンシャフト(18)における測定器(24)からタービンシャフト(18)のモ ーメント(M_T)又は回転数(n T)に対応する信号を、電子式変速機制御 ユニット(11)へ送り、 2) 電子式変速機制御ユニット(11)によって、エンジントルク(M_M) とタービンシャフト(18)のモーメント(M_T)との間の時間に依存した差 (DIFF(t))又はエンジン回転数(n_M)とタービンシャフト(18) の回転数(n_T)との間の差(DIFF(t))から最大値(Max)を検出 し、 3) 差(DIFF(t))の最大値(Max)から、最大値(Max)に対応 するドライバータイプ目標値(FT_Soll_n)とドライバータイプ現在値 (FT_Ist)との比較並びにカウンタ(39)の設定によって、油圧式変速 機制御ユニット(10)へ制御信号を送るために特定の発進パターンを表すシフ ト特性曲線(SL)を検出することを特徴とする、自動変速機における発進過程 を評価する方法。 2. 時間に依存した差(DIFF(t))の最大値(Max)の検出におい て、 1) 第1の判断機能部(S1)を、変速機出力軸(22)において検出した出 力軸回転数(n_AB)が所定の第1の限界値(GW1)よりも大であるかどう か確認するために作用させ、 2) 出力軸回転数(n_AB)が第1の限界値(GW1)に比して小であるか 又は等しい場合、メインプログラムへ戻るために処理機能部(S4)を作用させ 、出力軸回転数(n_AB)が第1の限界値(GW1)よりも大である場合、差 (DIFF(t))を算出するために計算機能部(S2)をスタートさせ、 3) 変速機出力軸(22)において検出した出力軸回転数(n_AB)が所定 の第2の限界値(GW2)よりも大であるかどうか確認するために判断機能部( S3)を作用させ、 4) 出力軸回転数(n_AB)が第2の限界値(GW2)に比して大であるか 又は等しい場合、メインプログラムヘ戻るために処理機能部(S4)をスタート させ、出力軸回転数(n_AB)が第2の限界値(GW2)よりも小である場合 、算出した差(DIFF(t_n))が所定の第1の差限界値(GW1_DIF F)よりも大であるかどうか確認のために判断機能部(S5)を作用させ、 5) 差(DIFF(t_n))が第1の差限界値(GW1_DIFF)よりも 大であるとの確認が得られた際、差(DIFF(t_n))が最大値(Max) であるかどうか確認のために判断機能部(S6)をスタートさせ、差(DIFF (t_n))が第1の限界値(GW1_DIFF)に比して小であるか等しい場 合、メインプログラムへ戻るために処理機能部(S4)を作用させ、 6) 判断機能部(S6)が差(DIFF(t_n))を最大値(Max)と検 出するまでの間待ち機能部(S7)を作用させることを特徴とする、請求の範囲 第1項に記載の方法。 3. 最大値(Max)からのシフト特性曲線(SL)の検出において、 1) 処理機能部(S8)が最大値(Max)に多数のドライバータイプ目標値 (FT_Soll)から成るドライバータイプ目標値(FT_Soll_n)を 対応させ、 2) 処理機能部(S8)によって決定したドライバータイプ目標値(FT_S oll_n)を別の処理機能部(S9)へ送り、この処理機能部がドライバータ イプ目標値(FT_Soll_n)とドライバータイプ現在値(FT_Ist) との間の増分INKRを決定し、 3) 増分INKRを、0値と等しいかどうか確認のために判断機能部(S10 )へ送り、 4) 確認結果が肯定の場合、カウンタ(39)、それも、特定の運転挙動もし くは発進パターンに対応する多数のカウンタ数値範囲(ZB_auf、ZB_a b)に分割されたカウンタ数値(ZW)を有しているカウンタ(39)をセット して、処理機能部(S11)において関数ZW_Neu=ZW_Alt+/−Z W_Nullに従って新たなカウンタ数値(ZW_Neu)を決定し、増分IN KRが0値よりも大又は小である場合、処理機能部(S12)において古いカウ ンタ数値(ZW_Alt)と増分INKRとの被加数を新たなカウンタ数値(Z W_Neu)として決定し、 5) 差(DIFF(t_n))が第2の差限界値(GW2_DIFF)よりも 小であるかどうか確認のために別の判断機能部(S13)をスタートさせ、 6) 確認結果が肯定の場合、処理機能部(S14)において新たなカウンタ数 値(ZW_Neu)にシフト特性曲線(SL)を対応させて処理機能部(S15 )をメインプログラムヘ戻るためにスタートさせ、差(DIFF(t))が第2 の差限界値(GW2_DIFF)に比して大であるか又は等しい場合、判断機能 部(S5)を新たにスタートさせることを特徴とする、請求の範囲第1項又は第 2項に記載の方法。 4. 処理機能部(S8)において、最大値(Max)に、差(DIFF(t ))とドライバータイプ目標値(FT_Soll)との依存関係を決める性曲線 (43)に従ってドライバータイプ目標値(FT_Soll_n)を対応させる ことを特徴とする、請求の範囲第3項に記載の方法。 5. 処理機能部(S9)において、ドライバータイプ目標値(FT_Sol l)とドライバータイプ現在値(FT_Ist)との依存関係を決める所定の特 性マップ(35)から増分INKRを検出することを特徴とする、請求の範囲第 3項に記載の方法。 6. カウンタ(39)のカウンタ数値範囲(ZB_auf、ZB_ab)が その境界範囲内に交差域(42)を有していることを特徴とする、請求の範囲第 3項に記載の方法。 7. エンジントルク(M_M)を、電子式変速機制御ユニット(11)の計 算ユニット(30)においてエンジン回転数(n_M)と噴射時間(t_ein )とから算出することを特徴とする、請求の範囲第1項から第6項までのいずれ か1項に記載の方法。 8. タービンシャフト(18)のモーメント(M_T)をエンジントルク( M_M)と流体トルクコンバータ(2)の発進変換比とから算出することを特徴 とする、請求の範囲第1項から第7項までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
