Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.a)2〜6個のヒドロキシル基を有し、OH価が20〜112であり、そし て酸化エチレン(EO)含量が10重量%以上であるポリエーテルポリオール、 b)酸化防止剤、 c)触媒としての、ポリエーテルポリオールa)に可溶でありそして2〜18個 の炭素原子を有するカルボン酸に基づくカルボン酸ビスマス(III)及び d)ヘキサメチレンジイソシアナート又は変成されたヘキサメチレンジイソシア ナート から製造され、ポリウレタンを形成する成分a)とd)の官能性の積が少なくと も5.2であり、触媒c)の量がポリオールa)に対して0.005〜0.5重 量%であり、酸化防止剤b)の量がポリオールa)に対して0.1重量%以上で あり、そして、成分d)中の遊離NCO基の成分a)中の遊離OH基に対する比 (イソシアナート指数)が0.30〜0.70の範囲内である、親水性かつ粘着 性のポリウレタンゲル組成物。 2. 3〜4個のヒドロキシル基を有し、そしてOH価が30〜56であり、酸 化エチレン含量が20重量%以上であるポリエーテルポリオールが使用されるこ とを特徴とする請求項1に記載の親水性かつ粘着性のゲル組成物。 3. OH価が200〜600であるポリエーテルジオールと共に予備重合する ことによって変成されたヘキサメチレンジイソシアナートが、イソシアナート成 分として使用されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載 の親水性のゲル組成物。 4. ポリオールa)を基準として100重量%迄の添加剤が、ゲル組成物に添 加されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の親水性のゲル組成物。 5. ゲル組成物を発泡させ、発泡したゲルの密度がゲル組成物の初期密度の1 /6にまで低下していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の親水性のゲル組成物 。 6. 請求項1に記載の親水性ポリウレタンゲル組成物の、成型品及び接着層の 製造のための使用。
