Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 第1の内軌道輪(5)を有する第1の軸受(3)と、第2の内軌道輪(8 )を有する第2の軸受(4)とを含み、これら内軌道輪(5,8)は該内軌道輪 (5,8)間にギャップ(12)が形成されるようにシャフト(1)上に互いに 隣接して配置され、これにより前記シャフト(1)と、シャフト(1)に面した 内軌道輪(5,8)の表面との間にオイルが供給される軸受アセンブリ用の封止 装置(16)であって、 前記封止装置は、内軌道輪(5,8)上に取り付けるためのほぼ環状の部材( 17)によって構成され、かつ封止装置(16)を内軌道輪(5,8)に対して 軸方向に位置決めする位置決め部材(18)と、各内軌道輪(5,8)に対して 封止を行う封止部材(21,22)とを含むことを特徴とする封止装置。 2. 請求の範囲1に記載の封止装置(16)において、 前記位置決め部材(18)は、前記内軌道輪(5,8)の少なくとも一方の変 形部と相互作用するように配置された内向きの周辺エッジ(18)によって構成 されることを特徴とする封止装置。 3. 請求の範囲1または2に記載の封止装置(16)において、 前記封止要素(21,22)は少なくとも1つのO型リングから構成されるこ とを特徴とする封止装置。 4. 前掲の請求の範囲のいずれかに記載の封止装置(16)において、 前記ほぼ環状の部材(17)は、前記位置決め部材の各側部に周辺溝(19, 20)を含み、これらの溝(19,20)は前記封止部材(21,22)を支持 することを特徴とする封止装置。 5. 第1の内軌道輪(5)を有する第1の軸受(3)と、第2の内軌道輪(8 )を有する第2の軸受(4)とを含み、これら内軌道輪(5,8)は該内軌道輪 (5,8)間にギャップ(12)が形成されるようにシャフト(1)上に互いに 隣接して配置され、これにより前記シャフト(1)と、シャフト(1)に面した 内軌道輪(5,8)の表面との間にオイルが供給される軸受アセンブリを封止す る場合の構造であって、 内軌道輪(5,8)は、封止装置(16)を内軌道輪(5,8)に対して軸方 向に位置決めする位置決め部材(18)を含むほぼ環状の封止部材(16)と相 互作用するための変形部を形成するように設計され、これにより前記封止部材( 16)は各内軌道輪(5,8)に対して封止を行う手段(21,22)を含むこ とを特徴とする構造。 6. 請求の範囲5に記載の構造において、 前記変形部は前記内軌道輪(5,8)上の周辺部の傾斜面すなわちベベル面に よって構成され、これにより双方の内軌道輪(5,8)は前記位置決め部材(1 7)と相互作用するための溝状の窪みを形成することを特徴とする構造。 7. 請求の範囲5または6に記載の構造において、 前記位置決め部材(18)は前記封止部材(16)上の内向きの周辺エッジ( 18)によって構成されることを特徴とする構造。 8. 請求の範囲5〜7のいずれかに記載の構造において、 前記手段(20,21)は前記封止部材(16)上に設置されるO型リングに よって構成されることを特徴とする構造。
