Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.芯層に隣接した少なくとも1層の外層を含んでなる多層静電気散逸性構造 体であって、該外層が非晶質または半結晶質コポリエステルと105〜1012オーム /□の表面抵抗率を付与するのに十分な量の静電気散逸性ポリマーとのブレンド からなり且つ該芯層が5%未満の曇り価を有するポリマーを含んでなる多層静電 気散逸性構造体。 2.厚さが0.2mm〜0.6mm(8〜250mil)であり且つ前記外層が厚さ0.0125mm〜0.5 mm(0.5〜20mil)である請求の範囲第1項に記載の多層静電気散逸性構造体。 3.厚さが0.2mm〜1.25mm(8〜50mil)であり且つ前記外層が厚さ0.0125mm〜0.2 5mm(0.5〜10mil)である請求の範囲第2項に記載の多層静電気散逸性構造体。 4.さらに第2の外層を含み、前記外層と第2の外層との間に前記芯層がサン ドイッチされた請求の範囲第1項に記載の多層静電気散逸性構造体。 5.さらに2層のタイ層を含み、前記タイ層の各々が前記外層の各々と前記芯 層との間に位置する請求の範囲第4項に記載の多層静電気散逸性構造体。 6.前記外層が0.0125〜0.5mm(0.5〜20mil)の厚さを有し且つ前記タイ層が0.0 125〜0.25mm(0.5〜10mil)の厚さを有する、厚さが0.2mm〜6mm(8〜250mil)の 請求の範囲第5項に記載の多層静電気散逸性構造体。 7.前記外層が0.0125〜0.25mm(0.5〜10mil)の厚さを有し且つ前記タイ層が0. 025mm〜1.25mm(1〜5mil)の厚さを有する、厚さが0.2mm〜1.25mm(8〜50mil)の 請求の範囲第6項に記載の多層静電 気散逸性構造体。 8.前記タイ層がポリエステルエラストマーまたはスチレンコポリマーを含ん でなる請求の範囲第5項に記載の多層静電気散逸性構造体。 9.前記スチレンコポリマーがアクリロニトリル−ブタジエン−スチレン樹脂 、スチレン−ブタジエンブロックポリマー又はスチレン−イソプレンブロックポ リマーである請求の範囲第8項に記載の多層静電気散逸性構造体。 10.前記非晶質または半結晶質コポリエステルが、融点を240℃未満とするの に十分な量の二塩基酸またはグリコール改質剤を含むポリ(エチレンテレフタレ ート)コポリエステル、ポリ(エチレン2,6−ナフタレンジカルボキシレート )コポリエステル及びポリ(エチレン1,4−シクロヘキサンジカルボキシレー ト)コポリエステルからなる群から選ばれる請求の範囲第1項に記載の多層静電 気散逸性構造体。 11.前記二塩基酸改質剤が、炭素数4〜40の二塩基酸、脂環式酸及び芳香族酸 からなる群から選ばれる請求の範囲第10項に記載の多層静電気散逸性構造体。 12.前記グリコール改質剤が、炭素数3〜10のグリコール、プロピレングリコ ール、1,3−プロパンジオール、1,4−ブタンジオール、1,6−ヘキサン ジオール、1,4−シクロヘキサンジメタノール、ネオペンチルグリコール、及 び2,2,4,4−テトラメチル−1,3−シクロブタンジオールからなる群か ら選ばれる請求の範囲第10項に記載の多層静電気散逸性構造体。 13.前記静電気散逸性ポリマーがポリエーテルウレタンまたはポリアニリンで ある請求の範囲第1項に記載の多層静電気散逸性構造体。 14.前記静電気散逸性ポリマーの量が107〜1011オーム/□の表面抵抗率を付 与するのに十分な量である請求の範囲第1項に記載の多層静電気散逸性構造体。 15.前記芯層の前記ポリマーが非晶質または半結晶質コポリエステル、ポリ( メチルメタクリレート)、ポリスチレン、ポリ塩化ビニル及びポリカーボネート からなる群から選ばれる請求の範囲第1項に記載の多層静電気散逸性構造体。 16.前記芯層の前記非晶質または半結晶質コポリエステルが、融点を240℃未 満とするのに十分な量の二塩基酸またはグリコール改質剤を含むポリ(エチレン テレフタレート)コポリエステル、ポリ(エチレン2,6−ナフタレンジカルボ キシレート)コポリエステル及びポリ(エチレン1,4−シクロヘキサンジカル ボキシレート)コポリエステルからなる群から選ばれる請求の範囲第15項に記載 の多層静電気散逸性構造体。
