Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.加工した形状の中空物体の製造方法であって、 要求される構造的強度を確実に得ることのできる合金で形成される枠組を予め 製造し、この枠組は、最終製品で要求される内部寸法に対応する溝またはポケッ トを表面に有し、 容易に除去可能な材料を、溶射によってまたはドロス状態で前記溝及びポケッ トに充填し、 所望の厚みを有する外側コーティングシェルを形成し、 前記容易に除去可能な材料を、形成されたチャネルから除去し、 サーモプラスチック処理を行うことを含む方法において、 陰極線溶射法を用いて所望の厚みの前記外側コーティングシェルの製造を行い 、 コーティングのきずを減少させるために、容易に溶解する金属または材料の薄 膜を前記枠組に予め溶射し、この薄膜は、コーティング材料と低温で共融となる ことができ、 前記の熱処理時において前記容易に除去可能な充填剤を昇華させて除去するこ とを特徴とする方法。 2.前記外側コーティングシェルは、最終的に所定の化学的構造及び物理機械的 特性を有する多層組成または徐々に変化する組成を形成するように層として構成 され、続いて、所望の安定した均質構造、及び多層組成または徐々に変化する組 成を有する前記外側コーティ ングシェルを得るためにサーモプラスチック処理を施すことを特徴とする請求項 1記載の方法。 3.前記容易に除去可能な充填剤は、基剤として塩化物及びフッ化物またはこれ らの混合物を使用し、その組成はコーティング時の処理温度によって決まり、混 合物の機械的特性及び熱的特性を改善し、かつ溶射工程及び前記サーモプラスチ ック処理において前記チャネルの内側面の構造及び特性を改良するために活性及 び非活性添加物を含むことを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。
